Sage's Advice
- The knight is an excellent class for beginners because of the Defensive stance skill and starting pack with a shield. The survivability of knights is easily double that of other classes, which makes them fun to charge in with and handle up to three attacks at once from enemies. With careful and timed execution of attack and defense, the knight can be formiddable even to classes two or three times its level. I suggest human knights over other races, because the knight works best when it has greater stats and don't need much in the way of magical skill. When leveling the knight, skills weigh more than spells, so any skill that focuses on stats makes a knight very deadly (examples; Heroic Strength & Combat Tactics, along with the default skill of Defensive stance).
