Moonlight in California
Moonlight: Introductions pt1
Gasping as he felt his climax building to a fever pace, he added a second finger, and licked and sucked like his life depended on it. James grabbed a handful of her ass and massaged it. Tight and amazing, probably the best sex he had since, well a long time. In difference he thanked god he hadn't spilt early to go to the firing range. Because nothing at the range compared with this sexy vixen he was licking while his climax started to erupt.
Cait moaned deeply sucking hard on him she knew by his skin, by his flesh and by his scent he was hanging on by a thread. Her own body was already shuddering, trembling above him as pleasure lapped at her body. It was so close; her orgasm was so close she could feel it. She almost felt guilty as to what she was doing, a long time Ago Marcus had told her... Humans weren't enough to satisfy a werewolves hunger and lust. They might ease it but they could never finish them... and it would make the human hunger for a werewolf again, make them a slave to the lust and feelings a werewolf could give them. She was afraid she was already entrancing James and that he would never be able to be free again after this. Somewhere in her thoughts while she was musing her body ignored the thinking and she cried out sucking hard on James as her orgasm wracked her body with tremors of pleasure and made her eyes go wolf, even her canines in her mouth elongated though she held on strong. She brought the bag closer to her face and inhaled deeply stopping herself from doing anything damaging.
He climaxed and bit down on her clit and sucked even harder on her while his fingers rubbed more. This was fantastic, her body pressed against him and their moans and the smells of their sex was seductive. James kissed and lightly licked her as they came down from the shared orgasms. He would love to stay but, he would have to get home. "Cait, ummm, I don't want to cut this short, but I have to get back to the house."
"I know... It's alright James. I have to go too." Cait said with a small smile. She climbed off of him even though her instincts screamed that they weren't finished yet. She sat on the ground and closed her eyes for a moment regaining her internal balance. She stood and pulled a towellette out of her pants pocket and tossed one down to him, before cleaning herself up and pulling her clothes back on. "Call me Sunday and we'll see." She said with a smile and a wink before grabbing the last few things and leaving. Once the door closed behind her she literally bolted. She needed locked up, or fed now. There was no more time to delay.
He did the same and tossed the towellette and the used rubber in the trash. Then exited and headed for the apartment, with luck he would get back and shower before Brenda and Molly got back. However, he kept replaying everything with Cait, had they really connected that quickly. A slight pang of guilt stabbed at him, did he hook up with her because it had been so long? Should he try dating Caitlin, would she be good for Molly, even in the shower he thought about this.

Running with the bag of herbs being pressed close to her nose every few minutes, she needed to go back to the mausoleum. Thinking about it she pulled out her cell phone and hit speed dial, the first number was for Joe, the second which she hit was for Robin. When the phone rang she sent a silent prayer to the spirits she would answer, her eyes were wolven amber and the more energy she let herself use the more she desired to go right back and take him down and ride him until he couldn't move and she was complacent with the warm seed in her belly pregnant.
"Hello?" Robin picked up on the second ring.
"Thank god Robin! Something happened at the park... Not bad or well I mean not like someone got hurt or anything because they didn't but I just got set off and I'm struggling a little, can you bring some meat food cooked and meet me at the Bunker? I don't know if I can hold myself back from going and chasing him down. I think I need to be locked up again for now somewhere where I can't scent any men or anything, um bring some cleaning supplied too... something that I can wash with to get rid of a scent." Cait said hurriedly, she really did need all this and she knew she was running faster than most joggers in fact she was almost sprinting though she wasn't even panting yet. She needed to reach the Bunker and calm down.
"Of course I will get some things around on be on my way, just try to relax." She didn't speak long and hung up. The route to the bunker was still very fresh. Cars seemed to move slowly as she ran through traffic; the bunker was a lot further away than she thought. Almost an hour and a half later a car horn sounded behind her. "Alright I've got what you wanted, get in and explain this to me." Robin called out from the driver's seat.
"No I need to run more. Go ahead and get the bunker ready for me. It's too fresh... too close to the surface. It's only twenty or so left to go; I'll be there by the time the bunkers ready. Once we are in the mausoleum I'll explain." Cait promises, she was just barely sweating but the wind from her running felt good, she was sprinting still and the activity helped get some of the desire out of her system. By car the drive from the cemetery was only about half an hour away from the park, but Cait was glad to run. In fact she loved running very much, she did it a lot at Joe's and he never minded it. The fact that Robin wanted to drive everywhere meant soft living in the land of luxury known as California.
When she arrived at the safe room there was a multitude of cleaning products both for a person and for a location. Several plastic bags and a new set of shorts and sports bra. Robin was already working and turned to regard Caitlin, on a small table was a bucket of chicken & ribs. "Alright, you weren't gone very long so I take it something interesting happened?" she asked. Indicating waterless shampoo, soap and even a feminine hygiene product.
"Thank you... yes the cop was there exercising... in shorts." Cait said zeroing in on the food, she knew the needs of her more primal self and the first concerns were a full stomach, cleanliness and mating. She had sex but would demand more; at least she could sate the hunger and the need for cleanliness now. Calming quiet a lot after she ate a large portion of the food she washed her hands and then cleaned up. She simply stepped out of the shorts and unclasped the sports bra and let it fall. She didn't care a wit about being nude in front of Robin. "We um... had a bit of a go at it in an old bathroom..." Cait said softly washing herself still.
Robin's eyes did little to hide her shock at the admission, "I take it his little girl wasn't in attendance?" She had figured Caitlin might 'hook up' with the policeman, just not a day or so after a formal meeting. Smiling she was glad she brought the feminine hygiene product and the bucket. Removing any and all scent of her partner would keep her animalistic side from finding another reason to escape. Without a doubt he might not be as interested in her werewolf form as he was in her human form.
"No, she was being attended elsewhere. I have to admit I almost lost some control... If it wasn't for Joe's herbal bags... he might have been in trouble and so would I." Cait told Robin as she cleaned thoroughly over the bucket. She washed herself repeatedly to make sure his scent was gone, even the places where he had held her or touching her she cleaned off his scent off. "I just hope he didn't notice the counter I accidently crushed." Cait says softly.
"I'm sure his attention was elsewhere, Caitlin." Robin said with a touch of mirth. She had only ever known male lycans and immediately understood how powerful the instincts were. "Well you have taken care of all those drives for the day then. Middle night of the cycle is upon us; I will take all of that stuff out and dispose of it. And be back in the morning as I was today, shall I assume that you won't be doing exactly what you did today?"
"What do you mean? What I did today?" Cait asked softly as she handed the scent soiled shorts and bra to Robin to take with her as well, after all they had been on the floor while the fucking was happening and it wouldn’t be a good idea to keep them near her when she fully shifted. She had a book to read while she waited for night to fall is she could hold off until then. She supposed the stress of being somewhere new and the stress of a whole new living environment was to be blamed for her poor control. She was usually much better than this.
"I meant the circumstances that brought you back here so quickly." she said in a measure to placate her. "I know I suggested even that you find a way to get out some excess energy, but was the policeman a good idea? You said yourself he wasn't weak and that apparently appeals to you. I was hoping to do some discussing with you about things others had told me about sexuality and lycanthropy." Robin put the clothes into a bag and then into another one while they discussed what had happened.
"Sure let's talk then." Cait said with a shrug pulling on some loose sweats that had been cut above the knee into shorts, and putting a ratty t-shirt on. With the cleaning and the food in her stomach she was feeling much calmer and much more relaxed in herself together. She felt quiet calm and if Robin wanted to learn more than now was as good a time as any to learn it. "I don't really think it was a good idea but... In my life there haven't been a lot of good choices to be made either, I made sure to us the condom you gave me though, so it's not like it got out of hand." Cait said with a nonchalant shrug.
"I know quite a few lycans are afraid that they exude some sort of control or seduce their partners. Your instincts would have told you so much about how he was feeling, am I correct?" She sat and watched Caitlin wanting to make sure she didn't offend her. The questions were a little personal, and they had only known each other a very short time. But, they did share a few things in common and the biggest thing was Joe.
"The moment he noticed me his testosterone jumped and his arousal was obvious, every slight move I made that revealed more stomach or a slight jiggle of breasts that his eyes bought made the scent of his arousal more potent. We were jogging and yet his heart rate beat as if we were running and his eyes dilated just slightly to confirm it. I smelt his worry when he spoke of his daughter and a tinge of sadness when he spoke of his late wife. I knew he was fit and had stamina; he was virile and already had offspring proving how potent his seed is. He was healthy took care to be well groomed." Caitlin said giving her the gist in human terms of everything that had happened and touched her so deeply at the time. I'm afraid I may have teased him with my body more then was necessary which would have led to our coupling but fuck I am always horny and he was... smelled... s good." Cait said with a shrug.
"Perhaps as a precaution we should get you on birth control, pills or patches. I don't think the little thing that fits inside, with your body shifting it could fall out. And I'm not begrudging you having sex with him; we just need to make sure that you don't have any problems, either of you. So, the practical me has spoken, How was it being with him? Your description makes him sound very heartthrobish." Robin smiled a little, if Caitlin thought she was a little old bitty, she did have another thing coming.
"Won't work... my metabolisms too fast for it to work. Most medicine doesn't work on me, just like it's hard for me to get drunk and almost impossible for me to get some kind of sexual disease. He was great... wonderfully dominating, pinned me over a counter and he was a little squeamish, didn't want to really give it to me until I pushed back and leaned down a little more. With better leverage he got into it better, he really got into it. He was one of the better ones I've had... well from the last few years anyways. If I am going to keep up with him then we'll need a lot more condoms, I can tell you that much right now." Cait grinned rather predatorily at Robin, it seemed like Robin had learned how to help a werewolf but not understand them. Cait hoped she could help... if Robin continued to help weres like her then Cait wanted to help her get as much information as possible.
"Well, I have a 'friend' that I'm going to see about a better safe room for you, perhaps they could offer a stronger alternative. I must admit I've only met one other female Lycan and she didn't stay here long enough to really know. Sounds like a good way to enjoy that post workout glow." she chuckled lightly. After a while longer she stood up and stretched, "Ok, it is getting very late and I know you'll need a chance to relax before. I'll be back in the morning pretty much like today, good luck tonight Caitlin."
"A silver coated cage works the best. If you have questions... I'll answer them Robin. I do want to... be friends like Joe." Cait says softly before robin got too far outside the bunker. Cait wondered if other lycans had stayed there why she was the first one to do real damage to the floor and the wall and especially the door. It might be because she was more frenzied, more worked up because of the heat but... it was a little alarming that the bunker was in pristine condition if Robin said she had helped others stay here before. Cait hoped she didn't do any more damage then she had last night to the bunker though, too much more damage and it couldn't be repaired as easily. that and well... Cait said a small prayer to the spirits that she stayed safe inside this bunker.
"I want to be your friend too, and I think we need to look into a new style of helping you. Don't worry, we'll handle this together and it'll get easy, I promise." She left and secured the door, turning the round wheel to secure the door. Amazing that Caitlin damaged a door that used to secure a naval vessel so easily. Robin then mounted the stairs securing both gates before leaving the mausoleum. Before heading to her car she traveled in a large circle, pouring out the water from the bucket. If any scents remained with the water, and Caitlin escaped it would distract her for a little bit.
Cait sighed and sat on the seat in the bunker, already the lantern was lit and she definitely had room to move around. As she waited for night to full settle and the moon to rise she thought back on the day. She'd had a bad day after the change, but now thinking back on it. It could have been a disastrous day, she was lucky in the fact that she only had sex with him once. She should have turned and run back to Robin's she might have spent the whole day peacefully in control of herself without any problems. Instead she let her curiosity and her instincts drive her and it hadn't ended the best or the worst. After all once the cycle was over she could always date him a few times there was nothing wrong with that. If it worked great if not then no harm or foul right?
Cait had been thinking for a while and it was with an electric jolt she felt the moon begin to rise. Shimmying out of her shorts and unclasping the sports bra she put them in a pile and before the change was forced on her with the rising moon rising fully, she changed herself. Usually it gave her a small amount of control, as she worked with her beast on these nights. As the full moon proper tonight it meant her instincts were in rare form. Immediately once the shift was done and she stood almost seven foot tall, furred and fanged and clawed. Checking out her surroundings quickly before sniffing around the door, she didn't smell anything other then the food they'd eaten, but she had memories of the sex. Memories of this afternoon, they remembered the scent and the feel of it. She craved it again. Badly. She threw herself against the door, where it was already backed in a bit.
The thick steel door held, but it shuddered along the frame. It would take several more attempts and even when it opened, she would have to get through the other gates. The stone beneath her feet was cold, indicating being back underground. Glancing around would show very little inside except a crude table and some blankets, besides her clothes. A bucket full of water was beside the blankets.
Stopping a moment to half sit half lay beside the bucket of water she lapped up a good amount with her elongated tongue up into her muzzle. Once refreshed with the drink she squared off with the door again, growling deep in her chest she prepared herself, this time she would get a running lunge. Taking off she put all her strength in her legs to give her the greatest punch and then tucking her head in she slammed her body shoulders first against the weakest point on the door she had made. Sliding to the ground she shook her fur violently and growled before snapping in anger at the door. It had helped though, one maybe two more and she'd be free and outside. After the second try however she had to stop and rest a moment, she'd hurt herself this time and needed ten to fifteen minutes for her body to heal it sufficiently to try again.
the rest didn't take too long and soon she was on her feet or rather paws again, the third try is the charm but it wasn't completely open, there was a large crack and through it she got a good whiff of the outer area of the bunker in the mausoleum, it made her exited enough her tail wagged at being so much closer to getting out however and she pushed against the weakened cracked area in the door struggling to get free harder now then she had before.
The door was a bit more resilient then she had thought, not giving up the ghost until after one o'clock. But with a resounding metallic grind and clang it fell to the floor. Warmer air was coming from the stone hallway and silver gate, the stairs and a wrought iron gate then a door and freedom. Curiously a scent came to her nose it was close, the man from the park at least a teasing whiff.
Cait paused panting hard before she caught the whiff, howling in congratulations to herself and her own anger at more obstacles standing in her way she leapt up the stairs and barreled through the door, the hinges in the cement gave with a shrill scream of metal and concrete. Growling at the pain of the contact with the silver she shook herself and barreled through the next few doors, all easier then the first two. Outside finally she dropped to the ground to roll a moment to sooth the burns on her shoulder from the silver before she was up and following the scent. Didn't take her more than a few moments to scent out the water and she followed the path that Robin had set with it.
The cemetery was quiet and empty of course that late at night. Whiffs of his scent led her in a circle around other mausoleums, Robin had taken some time in planning the perfect way to get her 'chasing her tail'. Some clouds were pushing far across the horizon and rain wasn't far away. She could see the city lights far off in one distance and the forest in another. Beneath her feet the grass was soft and the head stones shone in the moonlight.
Cait growled, it was a trick, she didn't smell the scent getting any stronger, and it stayed the same consistency. She was angry now and horny as hell. With a vicious snarl she decides to revisit the park that was so vibrant with memories from earlier. Her paws and claws digging into the earth she runs, faster than a human and faster than a wolf also in her hybrid manwolf form she ran to for the park, if nothing else she would get his fresher scent surely. Perhaps find him as well and finish what they had started, or start more, she needed to find a virile male the need was burning and painful for her to bear and she wanted relief now!
It was nearly three before she made the park, and a light rain was falling. No one was in sight, only a few cars had even been spotted on the trip and they never noticed. At the shed his scent was strong mixed with hers in a trash can. With it his trail was unmissable, now because both scents were going in the same direction. His words from earlier came to mind, the little girl would be back by two, meaning he didn't live very far.
Cait wasted little time, her loins tight from the scent of theirs, she followed it from the trashcan to the shed and caught his scent quickly and followed it. The wolf in her thought only of the pleasures and ease he would bring them, the human mind too thought back on that but the bit about the little girl... the baby. His baby... his pup... Then the thought was gone and all she could focus on was the scent and following it. Even in the light rain her nose easily picked up the scent and she followed it. Followed him. She was on alert though, with the cars being so near it meant there was a lot of people and she was being stealthy not to be seen or caught. Keeping her ears open and her eyes peeled for anyone or anything, while she followed his scent further and further.
The moon was nearly on the horizon before she arrived at a little house, with a small yard. It was brick, with a small carport instead of a garage, and there was the SUV. His scent was all over the property mingled with a scent that could only be his daughter's. There were some flowers planted out front and a small plastic pool for a child. In the window there was a light on, but no movement anywhere.
Cait checked the car carefully, and then the yard, catching the secondary scent she put it in memory. Two years old young, and apparently colicky a little, no wonder she was a little fussy like he had said earlier. She stalked around his house looking in each window one at a time. He would be asleep she knew that, she really did know that but she wanted to see him, her tail tucked between her legs and her ears dropping slightly as the need ran through her again she stifled the whimper. If she got a glimpse and he was indeed sleeping, or she saw his puppy, then she would go. She'd run to the forest and hunt.
After she moved around to the rear of the house she saw Molly sleeping in her room. Moving on it was easy to see James asleep in his room, it was a sparse room compared to the light pinks of Molly's. Caitlin could see he was in shorts and could even make out a tattoo and her bite from earlier. A shrill cry came from down the hall waking him; Molly was awake and apparently upset. He got up quickly and started down the hall flipping on lights, "I'm coming Molly, Daddy's here."
Cait immediately shrank into the bushes around the house and her ears were flat to her skull though she listened to what was going on. Seeing the little girl in the oh so pink room made the Need in her dampen and seeing him brought it back. Hearing the little girl cry almost made her growl and search for what had made her upset. But afraid of getting caught and scaring them she hunkered beneath the window line and waited listening intently. If there was nothing then she would leave. Run to the forest. Stay away from him and his little girl for tonight.
He entered the room to find Molly on her feet and reaching for him, "Oh, sweetie was it a bad dream?" James picked her up and held her close; she wrapped her arm about him until she noticed the mark. "Dadda boo boo?" she looked at him full of questions. "No, dadda fine, we go to dadda's bed?" he knew she would say yes and soon be asleep again. "Yea, dadda bed." she echoed and wrapped her little arms around his neck.
Cait peaked up through the window to see him with his pup in his arms. Her ears perked up and then flattened to her skull; she turned and skulked out of his yard. She just wanted to leave, there was no room for her in that house now. She was going to have to be careful with the people and the cars and technology. She was suddenly slightly saddened by what she had seen, a hardworking single father... the little girl who loved him. A sweet loving family... One a werewolf like her had no place in.
It was getting very late in the morning soon the moon began to drop below the horizon. Thankfully it was only a short run to the tree line nearby as the sky began to brighten. The second night of the cycle was coming to an end, only one more left. A couple cars passed her only a child in the back seat noticed. Other than that nothing saw her movements as she made it to the local tree line as the sun began to peek into the sky.
She settled into a somewhat soft and sheltered place and lay down curled into a semi ball, shutting her eyes she pictured the way James the policeman looked holding the pink dressed little girl in his arms. He looked good enough to eat, but the little girl was sweet and cute and... in need of a stable solid woman... someone who could be a mother and a wife and not a... werewolf. The chase had ended badly and she was tired from her efforts. Closing her eyes and settling in she fell asleep ignoring the last dredges of night and the beginnings of the day.
________________________________________
The morning sun rose high enough to wake her, her surroundings had changed and she had no idea where she was. She could hear traffic and eve some foot traffic not far away. More to the point she was nude and had nothing near her to do anything. Upon checking herself she had no blood upon her so, the wolf had not hunted last night. Robin would arrive at the cemetery to find she had escaped, to who knows where.
"Well shit! Just fucking perfect..." Cait mutters angrily, she just hoped no one came around and found her naked. How she was going to get back without being seen would certainly be a trick. Standing up and checking out her surroundings she tries to figure out where exactly she was and how far from the cemetery she was. That and how long it would take her to get back. She didn't have a phone money anything... she was naked and alone in a strange city... yeah this could only end really well. It was maybe two hours after waking that she finally made it to the cemetery and was wearing a pair of boys exercise shorts and a small tank top no bra... it was obvious she had stolen some teenage boys gym clothes.
Robin's car sat near the mausoleum, however she was no where to be seen. The outer doors were open and there didn't look like any damage, she must be down in the bunker. When she had arrived her heart had sank, Caitlin had escaped confinement. Knowing that when she changed back she would come back here. Upon hearing footsteps she turned around looking through the ruined hatchway, "Caitlin is that you?"
"Yes... It's me... Before you freak out, no blood, no death, no full stomach." Caitlin says softly with a sigh walking over. "How much damage did I do?" She asks wearily, she was tired and wanted to sleep, but she also needed to know how bad it was. She had silver manacles that Joe had sent with her in case of an emergency... and now she would have to use them for the last night of the lunar cycle. Nothing like having burns on your wrists for four or five days to say welcome to California.
"Well, I have feelers out for another bunker we can use, with both gates and the hatch gone it will not work. I never planned on freaking out as long as you are ok." She exited what remained of the bunker and smiled at Caitlin's outfit. Robin handed her the coffee and also the bag of food and clothes, hopefully her contacts could find something that would suffice for one night. She headed for the steps, giving her friend time to change and get some caffeine in her system.
Cait changed right there in the cemetery, there was no one there and she was quick. She sat on the ground and devoured her food and carefully sipped the coffee. "I have... something we can use... I mean I know the doors are all broken but... if nothing else turns up... I've got some silver manacles from Joe's. Robin... can you... help me look for an apartment?" Caitlin asks softly, cautiously. She'd never lived on her own before and had no idea on how to get a place of her own... or even begin to figure it out.
"Of course, but first thing we need to get through tonight. I'd rather not see you burned like that, but if it comes to that." Shortly after they talked a little more, Robin’s phone rang; she stood and moved away a little bit. Caitlin could still hear her though, "I know you didn't think to hear from me this soon, but my friend needs an emergency safe place." After a few minutes she came back, "Well, it’s unconventional, but it should do nicely for your needs tonight."
"What is it?" Cait asks warily, personally she'd go for the burns rather then something unknown. Especially if it was somewhere else unknown, at least she was used to the bunker now. Even if it was... a little broken then before. Cait seemed to huddle around the coffee in her hands, and yet she watched Robin warily, almost timid and withdrawn like when she first arrived. It wasn't so much a human kind of shy either, it was like an animal drawing back and figuring whether to fight or run.
"It’s difficult to explain without it sounding very strange, it is a former park area with a large deep holding tank. The water has been removed for years and the hatch door is much stronger and you could never jump out." She hoped her option was an alternative to the silver chains and burns. Anthony had offered it when she had called upon finding that Caitlin had broken free. Why a vampire would want an outdoor area with a holding tank was beyond her, she was appreciative of the offer however.
"I... I suppose it'll be fine." Cait says with a shrug. "If it's safe and a place you trust... then... then I suppose its fine. Is this another holding place of yours?" Caitlin asks softly looking up at Robin. Still cuddling with her coffee on the grass, she hoped this would be over soon and that she could begin her normal life here in California. With the money from Joe she could get an apartment and get a job and in a few months get a loan and begin her business probably start of as just a bar... and if it goes well she could make it a cafe during the first half of the day and... and it would be her dream come true.
"No, I suppose I should tell you the whole truth, I long ago with Joe helped bring about a kind of agreement between occult creatures and humans. Thusly, both sides kind of owe me some favors which I'm cashing in one to help you out. And before you say anything it's my way of helping you, like I said I would." She put the last of the bags into the trunk and looked at Caitlin, "Time to go, or are you running home again in your new outfit?" She managed to smile at her, hoping that a little humor might put Caitlin at ease, Anthony knew better than to cross Robin.
"Are you sure that's a good idea? I mean... cashing in all your favors... when you might need them a little later in life maybe? I don't mind using the chains really... I mean... I don't like them but... I've used them before. I'll ride with you this time thanks... I'm so tired... I've been up the past two days with only a few hours of sleep. I'll put the clothes back tomorrow... it was a locker that smelled like the boy so he uses it regularly... He'll check it if he wants to find them... and they'll be there tomorrow for him." Caitlin says blushing softly, getting to her feet and getting into the truck quickly.
"They are my favors to cash in, and one favor out of the many he owes me isn't much. I think that young man might be very happy if he knew who was wearing his clothes. Very well we will make our way home then." she started the car and they drove for home. "Is there anything you would like before we get to the house?" she asked. Making a stop or two wasn't bad, as long as the policeman wasn't there.
"No... yes stop somewhere and get me six or seven meat sandwiches..." Cait asked softly sinking into the seats and closing her eyes. She was serious about returning the clothes though, she wasn't going to wash them either she was in them all of an hour maybe. But it could wait until tomorrow when the lunar cycle was at its end. As it was she wanted to eat and then sleep for a good long time. Then tonight be safe. Really safe.
Robin pulled in and ordered several steak sandwiches and something to drink for both of them. And continued to head for the house, they passed several car and houses. Upon turning right on her street they saw an animal control van creeping along halfway up the block. "I wonder who lost a pet or had a nuisance complaint? They never are out her for an honest problem." She turned into the driveway and pushed the opener for the garage door.
"Wonder if they found my tracks or someone saw me?" Cait asked curiously as she finished the last hamburger and took a large drink from her cup. She had been in a drowsy state the whole drive and continued to be so. Now she was well fed with a full stomach and she was exhausted, all she wanted to do was crawl into a bed and sleep for several hours. But she was awake enough to pay attention to the truck behind them. Cait just hoped if they did follow them to the house they wouldn't take too long.
The truck never stopped it kept going, and the door closed behind them. Robin got out and waited for her to go into the house with her, as they shut the door the phone began to ring. "I'll get it, go get a shower and get some sleep, I will wake you in plenty of time to head to the water park." Then she went into the den and answered the phone, almost knowing who was on the other end. Most likely he would have instructions or informing her that he would be there when they locked her in.
Cait did as requested though she didn't take long in the shower and she crawled on top of the bed completely naked and still damp. Asleep almost as soon as she was flat on the soft bed. She was very comfortable nude and it didn't bother her in the least to do so in Robins home. The door was closed though not locked and she was clean so she didn't much care.

It was hours later when Robin came back to wake her up, "Caitlin, I think we should get some food in you and get going." She did take a long look at Caitlin; no wonder the policeman was powerless against her. Making sure that her young friend was awake she left to go check on the food. Something was cooking in the kitchen; its aroma tickled her nose through the now open door. There was still five hours before moonrise, the last night of the cycle for the month of May.
Caitlin sat up and stretched, wincing as her shoulders cracked and so did her knees when she laid back and stretched her whole body. Rolling to the side and off the bed she quickly gets dressed, an old pair of city shorts that were former jeans, no panties because that would be redundant. She would be changing soon anyways, and a sports bra and tank. She pulled her hair back into a low pony tail that stayed against the nape of her neck but left her chest and shoulders free of hair. Pulling on sneakers without any socks she quietly but quickly went downstairs to get the wonderful smelling meatloaf in the oven. Not to mention fried sweet potato slices. Robin was a woman like no other to Caits mind.
Robin was pulling the one of the meatloaves out of the oven. The other would go with them for Catilin later. When she arrived into the kitchen, everything was waiting for her. "Don't worry about what you do or not eat; we can get something on the way while the other meatloaf waits for after moonrise." Not standing on protocol she began to fill her own plate and smile at Caitlin.
"No it's fine. I don't have to eat when I change. It's just easier that way... after some time it really takes up a lot of energy and better to not be cranky and tired when it's all over. I'm a little nervous about this... empty pool tank thing... I have to admit." Caitlin said filling her own plate as well, setting it down she got a drink next before sitting down. Giving a small thanks to the spirits before she started to eat.
Robin waited until they both had a couple of bites in before continuing the discussion. "I know that when the others had a full stomach they were less likely to hunt or attack. And since this is an emergency situation, I think a docile she-wolf is better than the normal. "I'm not sure if the man who owes me the favor will be there, but I will let you know there may be a vampire or two at the location. Have you ever had any experience with them yet?"
Caitlin after hearing Robin speak chewed slowly and swallowed before answering. "Only to kill." She said softly taking another bite. She'd never actually spoken to a Vampire before... in fact most of the time when she and the pack came into one of their territories they were attacked. Or when Marcus spoke privately with them... They ended up fighting anyways. It was true though when there was a full stomach she was less easy to fight. Though she rarely wanted to fight anyways. Hunting... was a given, anything that ran made her want to chase. Especially if it was warm and panicked.
"Anthony is old, very old and probably too tough for any single lycan to fight and win. From all I have gathered he is from about the time of the Italian renaissance, telling everyone he studied under Da Vinci. He will try being suave with you, much preferring to make love not war." Robin smiled a little speaking about him; it was obvious they had crossed paths before. She offered another good sized slab of meatloaf to Caitlin before taking more potatoes.
"I've never actually... spoken to one before... let alone fucked one." Caitlin said eating some more. If he smelled male... and could get an erection. She'd probably try, if nothing else to relieve the ache of her loins some. During this time she was always driven by lust rather than anything else. Wanting sex or carnal release more than anything else. Cait quickly finished her food and drank, full and set to go, a new bag for tomorrow morning dropped off by the door on her way to the kitchen to eat. She just needed to wash her hands clean of any food.
Robin watched her, informing her of Anthony wasn't to satisfy carnal lust. Most Lycans hated Vampires, a type of competition for food and territory. Anthony like most Vampires used people for food trading sexual passion for blood. Biting each other could be fatal or possibly worse, no one was willing to experiment when the outcome was unsure. Anthony was one thing that might show up tonight Silas was another, and scared her the most.
"They won't attack me will they? I won't be able to escape from this one this time... I still have the silver Chains Robin... they're perfectly safe, I won't get very hurt by them." Cait says softly, this talk of Vampires being in the area scared Cait a little. After all there wasn't ever only one vampire. They traveled in flocks... or that's what Marcus called it anyways. If she was helplessly caged... there was nothing to stop them all night other than her single set of claws.
"Anthony owes me too much to harm anyone with me. The most you'll have to deal with is some shameless flirting. Don't get me wrong Anthony can be dangerous, he is old and powerful." Robin wondered if it was a good idea introducing the fanged Lothario to an in heat lycan. She put a reassuring hand on Caitlin's shoulder, and squeezed, she would do just fine.
"If you say I am safe then... I am putting myself in your hands completely and utterly." Cait says with a shrug. She'd hate to be killed but there really was nothing else she could do. She had to follow Robin’s advice and accept her help. She just would have liked to get a job or have a life before she was killed and all. She would wait and see what happened reacting to whatever she needed to react to during the night though. Whatever happened she would just do what she could with it.
Robin left her alone in the kitchen, while she went to change. When she returned she was wearing a suit set and looking more like a no nonsense woman. "Help me gather the things to take for you tonight, and we will be on our way." Then out to the car and driving into the hills, "I appreciate you've put yourself in my hands, I won't fail you dear." Caitlin was so young and had so much of life ahead of her, and while she wanted to be her friend, she knew she was going to dote on her like a daughter.
"I can do no less. You are the only person who can help me." Caitlin said with a shrug and a smile. She was an easy going girl, and she was cheerful on top of that. She took life as it came and thanked heaven and the spirits she had gotten away from Marcus to live life like this. It was almost a miracle she had gotten away. She just hoped it all worked out and was going to be okay.
Robin drove them into the park and stopped near a black stretch limo, with a couple men waiting. Pulling the car near and smiled at Caitlin before she got out, "Wait here until I motion alright?" She then walked up and was greeted by a mid-thirties man with dark hair and eyes, no doubt Anthony. After a little conversation she turned and waved for Caitlin to come join them. "Is that the little lycan I am letting use my facility? Simply delicious looking, minus the idea what she becomes in a few hours."
Caitlin stepped out of the truck. Assessing the situation... She would surely be killed if they were all vampires. She took a deep breath. Definitely Vampires. With a few humans that smelled like them only subdued. A lesser scent. Servants of those creatures. She also smelled gun oil, several of them were carrying. "You don't smell that fancy all yourself." Caitlin said softly, the scent of vampires was very much like that of snakes. And the cologne he was wearing to cover it... was very strong. At least to her sensitive nose.
Anthony chuckled and dismissed the driver, "I always tell him he wears too much. Me I prefer the natural clean smell, especially of a woman." his eyes looked closely at her. "Anthony Antonacci, at your service young miss, and very happy to make your acquaintance." He took her hand and instead of kissing the top, turned it over and kissed her wrist. Flashing both of the women a snake’s smile, Robin rolled her eyes at him and shook her head.
Caitlin watched him, when he kissed her wrist she smiled softly in return. She let a surge of that otherworldly power flow over her hand and let some of her bones and muscles change, then shift back to the human hand. "I would say the same but I've never actually met a vampire I didn't see then kill. So this is a first for me." Cait took another deep whiff, it wasn't just the driver, but the scents lingered on him to her nose. But in that second smell she caught the masculine scent of him and it instantly aroused her.
"So, shall I escort you to your quarters this night?" he never reacted to her change. He looked at Robin and smiled, "We have a meeting next week correct, to discuss how to best help our new friend." He stood beside her and since Robin could not see, he gently rubbed her ass. Robin looked at him, "I expect, you not to betray the trust I leave in you Anthony. Caitlin, would you like me to stay until you are all set?"
Cait smiled brightly holding back the groan from the contact. It felt good, his fingers sliding along the roundness of it. "I already trust in you and those you say will not harm me. If I must start trusting him it might as well be now." Cait said shrugging her shoulders lightly. "I'm sure Tony here would help me take my things with me." Cait smiles still, she was working hard to stand still and not push back against his hand or rub up against his hips with her ass.
Robin nodded and returned to her car, "I will be back in the morning then Caitlin." She drove away after that leaving Anthony to show her the way. "Well, if you follow me I will show you the way, and we can get better acquainted." he said. Leading her to the tunnel, this led under the park and to the deep holding tank. "My house purchased this place long ago; it has served many purposes over the years."
"Such as what?" She asks softly, the less daylight that filtered down from the sky the more she felt the itch and burn. She was full of lust, he was in front of her and all she could think of was tackling him to the ground ripping off his clothes and riding him until the change took her. She wanted that badly, so she was distracting herself with anything she could.
He explained that uses all the time looking her over, until they arrived at the hatchway for the tank. "So, any other questions for me? I don't want to leave you by yourself for so long." Anthony took an opportunity to place his hand against her perfect ass and squeeze. "I must admit your body feels like an occasion to sin, and that appeals to me." Swiftly he slid his hand inside her shorts to touch her bare skin and marvel at the heat of her body.
Cait's eyes instantly changed to wolf amber brown. Her breath came out deep and lust filled. "I am able to control myself enough to not change at all this day. Even during climax. I've never fucked a man with no heart beat. No blood of your own and the ability to hold your breath for ever. I've only ever killed Vampires. Never spoke... never fucked. But I really want to." Caitlin says her breath panting and full of her desire. She groaned deeply at the contact.
Swiftly he pulled down her shorts and began to rub her, slipping a finger inside. "The best part she wolf, I can do you for the next three hours before moonrise and be out that hatch before you fully change. And no rubber, no stopping, just one long fuck." Anthony bent her at the waist and entered her swiftly. He wasn't as large as James, but his pace was almost twice as fast partnered with the fact he was dead and therefore his orgasm would have no cum.
Caitlin gasped then growled deeply. The sound was nothing human and all wolf. Then she screamed which became more of a howl as he entered her and began to fuck her in earnest. She was panting and thrusting against him as much as he thrust in her. She hadn't lied though. If she willed it she would not change at all even when the moon rose on the last night. She had been working with Joe a long time and had the control and the power all of her own to be able to deny the change the last night of the cycle. But all that was on her mind was the pleasure of the fucking.
Anthony quickly pulled off her top and then continued to thrust against her. "Oh, so if you can control it, than I can fuck you until I have to leave then?" Using one hand to stroke her spine and reaching under to cup her breast. She was truly tight and hot, as he basked in her primal noises. Pulling almost all of the way out before pushing all the way back in until he was all the way inside her, he squashed the urge to sink his teeth into her.
Cait groaned again she began to again growl. It was hard staying up on two legs and have nothing to balance out, or hold on to for her hands. She tightened around him wanting him needing him and feeling him. The harder the thrusts the better, she was no mere human to shrink and bruise at the slightest of brute force they could use. He wasn't as big as she was used to but she was getting something and that was far better than nothing at all.
He lifted her up and walked over to a table that had been placed inside the tank. Bending her over he quickly slid back inside her and got back to his pace. "I'm glad I ate before coming here tonight." he commented. He could hammer this little werewolf all night if she didn't change. Anthony never in the hundreds of years of his life, would have thought he'd be fucking a werewolf during the full moon.
Cait snarled when he stopped thrusting and wiggled on the table when he continued. Crying out happily. Gripping the steel table tightly, growling and pushing her hips up and back against him. "Yes! OH YES!" She growled out eyes almost rolled into her head from pleasure at her peek time of change. The friction was keeping her stable and in control of her change state. Giving her just the control she needed to stay in human form and consequently able to continue fucking.
"I thoroughly agree, yes, you are great." he groaned. He reached down and stroked her clit; his other hand gripped her hip. The thrusts kept coming, using his unnatural speed and strength he kept going with a wonderful pace. Anthony wondered how much she could stand or tolerate, maybe making her cum alot would create a friendship between them. Then again, he'd rather just have a fuck-buddy, vampires are notorious loners by nature.
"AAAAHHH!!! AAAAAH!" Cait screams out her inner muscles tightened around him, her hands bending the table a little, her screams becoming howls. Her entire body tightened up she arched and the wetness between her thighs grew until even he could feel it a little between them. Then she was relaxed a little and pushing back against him again. Wanting more and ready for it within minutes already.
The hands moved to her shoulders and he pulled her tightly against him, moaning. Then with a devilish smile he made short thrusts at the same speed, humping fast wanting to keep her in that europhic state. Anthony could hear her heartbeat, and savored the sound of that drum. The smell of her excitement would drive others of her kind into a frenzy. Curious though, would she lose consciousness? Already she had climaxed two or three times.
Cait was panting hard growling and moaning, then as she neared another climax began to whine. He felt great, so skilled she'd never felt anything like this before. He knew how to make her wild with even just a gyration of his hips or a twist of her arm on one side. She shuddered on the table tightening around him again. Her heart beating frantically as she held off the change and climaxed at the same time.
He slowed a little and lengthened the thrusts, knowing he could make a woman his sexual plaything by doing her until she was nothing more than a walking orgasm. He had once addicted a woman to his prowess that she knowingly begged him to feed on her while he did her. At the first sight of fur however he would accelerate his speed and lock her inside. He had done it several times with others, lycan, human, and demon. But, for now he began to twist her clit between his thumb and finger.
Cait whined, the sound anything but human. Her energy spiked as she climaxed again yet her human form stayed steadily human. Marcus had been much rougher on her. This she could handle, though it took a little bit of careful control on her part. The table where her hands gripped was bending at each climax. She was grinding her hips hard back against him wanting more thrusting more feeling deep inside of her.
Now was the time to really make it something special, he stroked her back again. Then her took her hips and gave her the same long strokes but sped them up fast like before. However this time he would not stop the thrust when she climaxed. He would railroad her into another orgasm and probably into a third before he would even slow down. He took his hand and pressed his thumb against her anus and began to push against the bundle of nerves, hoping to increase her pleasure.
Cait whined and thrust against him. Gripping the edge of the table and pushing back against him more. Only about five to ten minutes later and she was writhing and whining again as she climaxed. This was amazing she had never climaxed so much so close together before. Even Marcus had not been this skilled, he more thrusted and just took forever and it made him.
Anthony pulled out and flipped her over and thrust back inside her in one quick motion. She was still so fucking tight he moved just enough so his erection would slide against her clit with every ram. Leaning over, he licked her nipple and sucked greedily at her flesh. The temptation to bite and drink the rapidly circulating blood was so intense. Pulling her legs up he set them on his shoulders so he could thrust even deeper into Caitlin's body.
Cait cried out sharply, this pushed him much deeper inside of her and let her feel him much deeper. Not only that but now she felt him rub against her clit with each stroke. She grabbed his arms and held on tightly, she had to hold something. She was working hard on not drawing his blood with her nails. The switch in position immediately made her climax again, tightening around him howling throwing her head back and exposing her neck.
Everything told him not to bite, not to taste her and thereby intensifying the orgasm. Every vampire in his house had been told it was unknown what would happen if they fed from Lycans. Could ingestion of her blood kill him or worse, and what would happen to her? He could see the vein, in the side of her neck pulsing temptingly, just one drink....and she would feel his joy and her own tenfold. Anthony showed his fangs, his eyes going inky black and bit, still thrusting he drank of her life force and it felt like fire in his veins.
Caitlin screamed and it turned into a howl. She felt as if she was drowning in fire, It was hard to get air into her lungs and yet She felt and couldn't stop feeling, the climax she had been slowly coming down from, suddenly jumped her into another one forcing her body tighter yet then it had been around his cock buried so deeply inside of her. Her nipples tightened into small nubs and her entire body contracted, her legs tightened and held his body close and she struggled against the change. The pleasure was ripping through her demanding she change, but the pleasure was holding her to the human form to hold him tightly to her. She couldn't control however her slightly still human nails from tearing his arms open as she gripped him with a strength no human could posess. She could feel him sliding inside of her... she could feel her sliding around him. Her eyes rolled showing an alarming amount of white and still she climaxed around him.
Still he drank and thrust into her, his eyes closed to sense her heartbeat. The blood flowed into his throat and it tasted sweeter than wine, her warm, wet body felt like a furnace around him. Caitlin inflicted minor wounds to him and they healed almost immediately, another perk of being a vampire. Anthony would drink until he was full or needed to stop, she would probably pass out and sleep until morning. The best part he figured about doing and drinking a werewolf was that his bite marks would heal in minutes.
Cait's body continued to hold him tightly as the pleasure never ceased. Each new stroke built the dying pleasure up to fever pitch once again. Her instincts screamed at her to relax, but she was climaxing too much for her to do so. She was thoroughly dominated and pinned down as she was there was no way she could fight back not that she wanted to, not any part of her wanted to, nor could she thrust against him for more, not that she thought she could... or that she could even think. She continued to howl/scream until finally the pleasure was too much for her brain and her body and her pupils relaxed and her head fell to the table with a thunk. He could drink his fill and her body would just make more within minutes. Still within the full moon's cycle she was as close to invulnerable as she could get. Her legs going limp over his shoulders and her arms falling away from his and onto the table, her breath was panting and fast but that was from recovery and nothing else. She had never in her life felt anything like this before and her body simply couldn't cope any longer.
Anthony finally had his fill and released her and watched the wounds close, and then he licked the blood from her neck. He perceived that she could do no more and he hated a less than helpful partner. He slowed his thrusts and looked into her eyes, she seemed very satisfied. "I'm going to leave you now Caitlin it was wonderful, my men will release you in the morning when Robin arrives." He then put on his clothes and left securing the heavy door and leaving.
Caitlin lay on the metal table and was fast asleep, her own juices covering her thighs the night air cooling her until she finally curled up in a loose ball on the table and slept. She wouldn't wake up until dawn or later. When they let her out or woke her up probably. There was hardly a scent of the vampire anywhere on her, only the scent of her own heavy arousal clung to the air.

Robin pulled into the parking area the next morning, beside the car Anthony sent to meet her. The care taker greeted her and led her through the tunnels to the hatchway. "Thank you sir, I can handle it from here." she said opening the hatch. She removed her coat and placed it over Caitlin before gently waking the slumbering werewolf. "Good morning, my little friend." she then set a cup of coffee on the table with the sack of breakfast.
"Morning?" Cait grumbled, her voice rough and deep. She opened her eyes at the smell of coffee though. Reaching out and bringing it to her mouth she groaned at the taste. Heaven, pure heaven. With a happy sigh she sat up, knocking the coat off of her nude form. She stretched took another sip of the hot beverage and slipped off the table to stretch a little more. "You worry all night again Robin?" She asks teasingly.
"Not quite so much, I knew you might not be able to jump that high to escape." she handed her the bag and picked up her coat. She waited for the coffee to completely wake Caitlin. "There are a couple sausage sandwiches in the bag and I hope everything was ok last night." She noticed the smell of her sex and began to wonder what happened. "We should get going once you dress the care taker will want to lock up."
Cait pulled on a tank foregoing the bra she was going to Robins anyways and could shower there. Pulling on some shorts she grabbed the bag and started eating still sipping the coffee. "Kay." She said between bites. She loved eating and adored coffee so much. She finished all the food before they even left the whatever it was. And was still sipping her coffee wanting it to last as long as possible while she still got to have some.
Robin waited and when she was ready led the way back out past the caretaker. "If you speak with Anthony, pass along my thanks and I will contact him later." The man nodded to both of them and went to clean out the tank and lock everything up. Getting into her car, Robin didn't say much on the ride home. "I would suspect you are tired and would love to get a shower."
"Yes... Though not as tired as the other two nights. A nap would be great. After a shower though." Caitlin says with a smile back at Robin. If she asked she would tell her. But it seemed she was being careful why Cait wasn't sure but oh well. As Joe would say, every person has his or her own thoughts and they are not the same thoughts in your own head. It was good advice. Sometimes Joe was Cait's Fortune cookie like master. It made her giggle at the image of Joe as a Miyagi kind of character from some movie she saw as a younger girl.
They arrived at Robin's house and upon entering she handed Caitlin back her bag. "Any instructions say if you get a phone call while napping? I would assume Joe may call and inquire about how everything went." She smiled knowing the old man would have been up the whole night worrying about her. She was already planning on having Caitlin call while she made dinner later.
"That's a good idea! Tell him I'll call him as soon as I wake up. Everything went fine and nothing happened. Um other than that nothing much. Thanks again Robin... for doing all of this I really appreciate it." Caitlin says softly with a bright pleasant smile. Taking the bag she runs up the stairs and grabs a fresh set of clothes before taking a quick shower. Once clean she dried off and threw on the running shorts and the exercise tank, laying on top of the bed she curled up on the bed with a pillow and was fast asleep.
While she slept the phone rang twice, the first was of course Joe, who Robin soothed his nerves by telling him that Cait would call when she got up. The second was a policeman who was asking that Cait come to the local station to answer some questions about a missing persons case from Michigan. "Um, she is not in right now; we could come down after she comes back." Upon hanging up the phone she got very concerned. Deciding it better to talk with Caitlin she mounted the stairs, and called softly before entering her room.
Cait rolled over and stretched languidly. Laying on her back she smiled at Robin as she walked in until she noticed the frown on her face. "What's the matter Robin? Did something happen? Is everything okay? Is there someone here?" Cait asked beginning to get very worried, she was afraid Marcus was back. That he found Joe and learned of where she was. She was so afraid of Marcus returning to find her. It was the first thing that always came to mind if something could have happened. She sat up on the bed and was instantly alert; she was already making plans for a fast escape.
"A policeman called wanting you to come down to the precinct to discuss a missing persons report from Michigan. I told him you weren't in, but we would be down when you got back. We will need to figure out what to do about this, perhaps I can call in a favor to help us out." Robin knew that Anthony could help with this situation. Vampires had a lot of pull in the realms of humans and could even make the situation disappear.
Cait blinked and stopped herself from standing in case she fell over from shock. "Police? Missing persons report? Oh hell." Cait says folding her arms across her chest. This was barely worth any effort at all. "I'll get some real clothes on and can you take me down there when I'm done?" Cait asks softly standing up and stripping completely to pull out a new pair of jean shorts and a tight fitting baby T-shirt. Pulling on socks and tennis shoes she was all set. She was thoughtful the whole time though.
Robin nodded and left the room, once downstairs they headed to the garage to get this over with. As they drove she waited for Cait to outline a plan or ask for help. The local police station was only one floor but was across from a shopping center. "Well, this is where the officer said to come here and go in the front door and they would tell us where to go. Should I make a call to Anthony, his people can help with this."
"Don't be a dope Robin; if this was a problem I would have said so. It's a nuisance nothing more. It was put out when I was fourteen and when I first got bitten. I couldn't return home and Marcus found me and took me away. Do you mind waiting out here for me? It really shouldn't take too long to clear this all up." Caitlin said rolling her eyes, this wasn't a real problem at all; it was just bothersome that her parents still hadn't taken the damn thing away and off the record. This was the second time having to go through something similar to this. Once with Marcus and now on her own. She closed the vehicles door and headed for the door of the police station.
The station was extremely busy when she opened the door. Behind the service desk was Sgt. Matthews, who just about choked on his coffee when this hot young thing walked through the door. "Can I help you miss?" he asked hoping she'd lean over to get a better look at her chest. The small waiting area was packed with people waiting to be seen, most to make statements or pick someone up who was in the holding area. And down the hall she could hear a drunken person yelling about police brutality.
It smelled just like the others she had seen and been in. It even almost looked exactly the same. "Yeah I caught a purse thief the other day in a park and I heard there was some trouble about me having some kind of missing persons report or something. I don't exactly know what I'm supposed to do now that I'm here or anything though." Cait says chewing her bottom lip and smiling softly. The little bit she was flirting should really speed things up and get her where she needed to be and then back out again soon. She did lean forward a little too so she could read his badge.
"Well, uh miss, I need your name and I can see who requested your presence. And if you'll have a seat, I can let them know you are here." He stared at her cleavage and almost put his pen into his coffee cup. There was a couple of purse snatching cases on the book, some in county awaiting trial. The yelling in the back about police brutality grew louder and then stopped all together.
"Caitlin Moira Dehnson, Sergeant Mathews." Caitlin said with a broad smile leaning over the counter watching his hands fumble and almost dip the ink pen into his coffee. She wanted a cup. At Joe's she always made herself a cup every time she woke up, well either she did or Joe did anyways. She wished she could have asked Robin to stop somewhere on the way. "I'll stand thanks I don't want flees OR rabies from those waiting over there." She grins at the officer teasingly.
"That would be Detective Sergeant Schultz and detective Banner, they turned your information over to the DA who found requested they talk to you. Um, Banner's dealing with something right now; I'll call Schultz if you wait a minute." A couple minutes later an older man came out in a grey suit, "Miss Dehnson?" She could catch a whiff of James on him and oddly Molly as well, but he smiled when his eyes met hers. "I'm detective sergeant Mike Schultz, pleased to meet you." he extended his hand.
"Schultz huh? Nice to meet you, I'm Caitlin, Caitlin Dehnson." Cait had to stop herself from giggling at the name, but she gave him a firm handshake and looked him back straight into his eyes. She was not guilty and had never been so she had nothing to fear. Other than that Marcus had drilled innocent behavior into her since he had first picked her up. She wondered though at the smell of Molly on this man... Maybe he had lunch with them or... something.
He was close to her height with graying hair and it was easy to see he had been a policeman a long time. "Just a couple questions if you come with me. Would you like a cup of coffee?" He led her into an office with several desks and other officers. A lot of officers looked up when they entered, Cait could smell a faint trace of blood and the heavier scent of James in the desk seat he offered her. There was a picture of Molly in a little dress sitting with a fluffy chick in her lap and laughing on his desk.
"I would love some coffee!" She said with a bright smile. To all the men who looked at her curiously she gave them all little waves and a sweet smile. She took a deep breath mostly to try and figure out the blood... was it James? That's what she wanted to know mostly. Sitting down and getting comfortable she sat and waited patiently. This was going to be boring but maybe she could have some fun... not too much though. Glad the cycle was over and she was feeling much better and much more like herself.
Schultz asked about cream and sugar then went to get the coffee, telling her he would be right back. A few minutes later as Schultz returned so did James from the area of the bathroom; she could smell blood on him, his blood. "Well, looks like Schultz replaced me with a more attractive Banner huh? Sorry we are asking for you to come down, the DA just wants to get this question out of the way before he moves forward." he said with a smile.
"More attractive to whom exactly? I don't mind... It's not the first time actually, that I've had to answer questions because of the missing persons report. Oh! Do you want your seat back?" Cait asks blushing the moment she heard his voice. Looking at him in the artificial light he was still very handsome and she was searching for the wound she smelled the blood coming from. Cait accepted the coffee from Detective Shultz with a smile but she stood to accept it just in case James or rather Detective Banner wanted his seat back.
"Well we can go to one of the interview rooms if you don't feel comfortable out here. Other than that feel free to sit." he said touching the corner of his mouth were a little blood showed. James smiled at her again, probably remembering what transpired between them. His hand touched the spot where she put the hickey. "And attractive is all inclusive from my stand point." he bent low to whisper, so no one else heard.
"I feel plenty comfortable here thank you." Caitlin said blushing brightly at his words. Taking his seat again she sat surrounded by his scent, and drowning in the memories of what they did. She hadn't met his eyes since he had showed up again however and she was sipping her coffee quite often. "Maybe we should hold off on that date until you're all healed up though... Detective." She teases looking up at him out of the corner of her eyes, still not meeting his eyes directly.
"I would hardly call a sucker punch from a drunken wife abuser a wound." he countered looking directly at her. "But, business before anything else." he stumbled leaving out the pleasure. "What can you tell us about this missing persons report; we can get it cleared up for you." Schultz sat and didn't say much just looking through the file he had in his hands. James couldn't help though but look at Caitlin and of course what she was wearing.
"I ran away from home when I was fourteen." Caitlin shrugged her shoulders gently and sipped the coffee some more. "I joined a group of travelers... I think people still call them gypsies. My parents took out that report even though I've sent them several cards and letters. They refused to let it down. Only because I won't tell them where I am or let them find me." Caitlin says softly, she hadn't actually wanted James to find all this out... this lie of her life and the truth of it too. Since he was in charge of the case however there was nothing she could do. She held her gaze on Shultz but to tease James a little and to cover her own embarrassment by falling back on old habits she leaned back and to the side giving James the perfect view of all of her cleavage. Still sitting comfortably and as if she didn't realize what she had done.
"Alright, we will inform the authorities that you are not missing and they will unflag you in the system. And if you don't want them to know where you are Michigan won't inform them of your whereabouts." Schultz advised her. James really could not take his eyes off of her, looking at her and remembering that afternoon in the shed. "Other than that everything is all set, any questions you have?" James asked. He wanted to ask about the date, but would get his ass chewed if he did in the precinct.
"My parents will only raise it again. This is the third time I have gotten this taken care of." Cait sighs softly. Standing up and setting the empty cup down on the desk. Smiling softly at Detective Mike before smiling brightly at James and blushing once again. "You have my number. Let me know..." She says softly, before turning and stopping before she got far. "Do you want me to answer any questions about the purse napper with the dagger?" She asked turning having forgotten about it almost completely.
"We'll be in contact if the DA needs you to answer anything else. We can have Michigan express that you just wish not to be found, but you are alright." he explained walking her to the door. Just outside it he leaned near to her, "Since its Saturday, how about I cook you dinner Sunday night? You tell me what you like and what time and I'll have something nice." He hoped since it was the twenty-ninth, dinner would be ok with her, maybe a movie too.
"Uh... dinner? At your house? Maybe... That's not the best idea... What about Molly? I mean... It seems like a lot of work that's all." Cait says looking a little startled he wanted to bring her to his house already. It was awkward being near him now... after remembering everything they had done together during her heat. She wasn't coming on to him nearly so strong and she actually felt a little uneasy after having spied on him.
"Ok, out to dinner then, I'll have to see about a sitter for Molly then. Otherwise, I thought a late dinner about nine o'clock tomorrow night." he countered. Actually a little glad she was unsure about the house, he could only cook so much. And he doubted Molly's favorite chicken fingers and fries would suffice. "Or I'm up to alternate suggestions for any activity, movie or such."
"I..." Cait paused softly and smiled up at him blushing softly highly embarrassed to be saying this to him. "I've never been on a date before. I don't even know... what is supposed to happen." She says looking up at him for only a moment before looking down at the stairs they were standing on. She clasped her hands behind her in embarrassment, though she was twenty three now... and had run away when she was fourteen Marcus had controlled her life almost completely. Now living it on her own she was unsure of what she should be doing or how to do things.
He smiled and took one of her hands, "How about I make it a surprise then, I'll show you the fun side of the area. If you don't mind an unconventional dinner and activity. Tomorrow night about six thirty, I'll pick you up since I had to track down Robin’s address." He would loved to kiss her, showing a little vulnerability attracted him even more. "I can even have you back at a reasonable time, if that concerns you."
"Um... okay. I'm not worried. Robin won't be either. s-six thirty then... How do I... dress?" Cait asks softly pulling her hands back. It was weird to touch humans like this... even if they had fucked aggressively in the shed. It was awkward around a human male who they had been together. He was remembering it... and he was wanting it... and she knew it was all her fault. But she wanted to do this. She maybe even needed it.
"Anything you like, perhaps jeans or shorts and a nice shirt. Casual, cause we might do a couple different things, ok?" He already had a couple neat ideas in store for her. And he really hoped they could get to know more than names and basic stuff before having sex again. Looking back he noticed a group of beat cops & Schultz watching them. "Well, I have to go beat the squad room down for spying; I'll see you tomorrow night."
"Oh! Wait!" Cait says grabbing his arm pulling him down to her level and giving him a big kiss. Using the shock factor to slip her tongue in his mouth. After a moment or two she let go. "Since they were going to all the effort... might as well have given them something to actually see right?" She says with a smile before turning and running over to Robin's car and getting in quickly. "Can we go before I melt now please?" She asks Robin as she crouches low into the seat to hide. Her and her stupid instincts which screamed to make a claim on him.
Before she hit the door she heard some whistles and cat calls. "Of course is everything been taken care of?" Robin put the car in drive and pulled away from the precinct. "I take it that was the policeman you got to know very well?" She drove along with the traffic back towards the house, "Did he ask you out again?"
"Yes... for sunday. And yes or as much as it ever will be... again. Sometimes I hate my instincts. I felt the worst urge to show them all I had picked the male out of all of them I wanted." Cait growled at herself, though it was a human growl and not the inhuman growl of a wolf. She was resting her head against the window watching the world fly past, town life... she wondered what it was like to live in town. She would soon find out probably but... not soon enough for her tastes.
"So what are you planning on wearing on this date tomorrow night. Did he tell you what he was going to take you?" Robin was a little interested, and hoped that whatever it was Caitlin would be happy. "So what do you want for dinner or would you prefer to do a little shopping." Wondering what was in store for her tomorrow night, and if Caitlin would ask any questions about dating.
"He said jeans or shorts were fine and no he didn't tell me anything. Just that he would come get me at six thirty tomorrow evening. Pork chops... and salad.... and green beans... please. OH! And Joe's biscuits! with bread... and honey!" Caitlin says getting a very specific urge for food tonight. She'd never been on a date before but inside of her she felt at ease because well she'd marked him twice, once for any weres around and the second for the humans where he worked. He was hers and she could do whatever she liked. She obviously could hold her own so that wasn't ever a problem for her either.
Robin laughed and looked at Caitlin, "I'm glad to see you have an appetite." She pulled into the house and they went inside, the smell of the garden out back blew through the windows. "Do you want to call Joe or wait until after dinner? Because if you want I could use a little help, whatever you are good at." She began to think of the young werewolf more like a roommate than a guest. Most of what she craved she had on hand, and the ingredients for those wonderful biscuits Joe made.
"I'd better call first... he'll be worrying still even with your assurances until I speak with him. I'll help anyways I can once I'm done though I promise!" Cait says fervently, she did want to help, but Joe would worry and she didn't want to make him worry too much. She loved him very much, he was the only real father figure she'd ever had after running from home. "Thank you again Robin... for helping me try and be normal." Cait said softly with a soft blush on her cheeks. Thanking Robin ahead of time for help on the apartment hunt and the job hunt.
"Don't mention it, I'm glad to help & hope once you get your own place you won't forget about old Robin." She began to put everything out to make the biscuits, and shooed Caitlin out of the kitchen to go call Joe. Thinking out loud about the idea Caitlin would ask any questions about dating, "(sigh) and when was the last time I was on a date? I think Regan was in office." She began to mix the biscuits and it brought back memories of years ago. She wondered how the phone call was going between them, it was always nice to catch up with Joe.
Cait giggled as she was chased out of the kitchen and sat in the chair waiting for Joe to pick up. She was excited to talk to him again and couldn't wait to hear his deep voice. She missed him a lot all the way out here in this strange city. She was grateful to Robin but... she had gotten so comfortable at Joe's having been there for two or three years if not longer learning many things.
"Hello." he picked up after three rings, it sounded like he had been outside. The books around here in the library gave off a scent of paper and ink. Combined with Robin's scent and day lilies outside, not to mention the noises from the kitchen. Her first month and cycle in California was drawing to an end. And now the visions were close to being understood, it was just a matter of time.
"JOE!" Caitlin says excitedly happy to hear his voice and relieved to hear him okay. She still always worried Marcus would track him down for giving her sanctuary. "I'm calling! I mean to let you know how I'm doing hee hee!" Cait giggles softly, her relief at hearing his voice making her a little silly at the moment. For some reason she felt on edge still here, even in this house. Probably the sights and smells and sounds were all different and she was always worried about Marcus showing up again.
"You sound happy and safe little wolf." Joe remarked. "How did the cycle fair for you this time? Robin helping you get everything around." His voice was the same as always, controlled and even. Joe never got angry or upset; he just accepted things as they came. "What else have you been up to there in California?" wanting to her about the girl, not just the wolf.
"I... found a guy and... well we sort of hooked up and now we are... going on a date on Sunday... I broke out of the first shelter Robin had for me... but she called in a favor from a vampire... Anthony. He had a water reserve or something. Don't worry I stalked around the park for a little bit but, we've been taking care of things. Nothing happened I swear. I had to go to the police station and clear out the missing persons report on me... again." Cait said throwing a leg over the arm of the chair and relaxing as she talked to Joe. Even her base instincts felt soothed hearing Joe's voice again.
He listened and told her he was glad she was going to get out and mingle with people. "So, you met Anthony, he didn't have a vampire named Silas with him did he?" He knew that if push came to shove, Robin would do as she saw fit to protect and help Caitlin. "So, anything special about this new guy?" Joe would disagree if anyone called him overprotective, but he doted on Caitlin like a daughter.
"No... I mean... I wasn't introduced to anyone by that name... Is it someone I should be careful of? Well... we've run into each other a few times jogging at the park... and... uh we met at the park and... well... He's a detective apparently. But... He's also a father and... Now that I've... I dunno if I really want... It's just... sort of awkward around him now." Cait sighs softly relaxing and leaning against the back of the chair sideways. "It... all I can ever think of is him playing with his daughter at the park... except the time in the shed when he was alone and we... well... had fun." Cait said squirming just a little at telling Joe.
"It isn't important, Robin knows who is safe to talk to and I'm sure she will limit your interaction with unsavory people. It sounds like you gave into instinct, but remember that side of you knows safe people even if they make you uneasy. Have you interacted with the little girl, I remember you enjoying holding the little one at the gathering last year." Joe wasn't overly concerned about what she admitted, to what had happened. "Have you taken advantage of Robin's library yet? Most of it has touches of real life in them."
"No... There hasn't really been much time for me to relax... I know... it's just... I'm going on a date this sunday... I've never been on a date before... I haven't really interacted with Molly at all. When I got loose... I hunted his scent down... to his house and... she woke up and he went to her and was rocking her and it... it really made me think of a lot of stuff you know? He was married... he has a little girl... and a job. I trust my training Joe, and I trust Robin if you say I shoulder." Caitlin says, she could really talk to Joe... she could tell him everything without worry or fear. He was... so smart and treated her so sweetly.
He spoke with her for a long while wanting details about her first transformation. Never admitting to anyone else he missed the little wolf. "How goes the hunt for a job? I know the money I sent won't last long in a city like Los Angeles." Smiling to himself as he remembered withdrawing the money that day. It was from his time in the military, and when he returned home he never used it for anything, letting it build in the bank.
"I haven't even used any of it yet... I'm going to be sniffing out jobs tomorrow... The newspaper and then walking around town... the only thing I really know how to do is Bartending or waitressing... so Those are really the only things I can look for as a job. Once I get an apartment though, I won't have to make Robin drive me around so much... and then I can save up for my own cafe/bar thing." Caitlin says happily, she was loving talking to Joe she missed him a lot. How he was always waiting for her in the kitchen with a big breakfast... how they would work together on the farm. How whenever she had a dream he would tell her stories about his people and their spirits. "I wish you were here with me Joe... I miss you a lot." Cait says softly after thinking about all the time they had spent together.
"Your vision little wolf, is a journey you must make alone. Robin, myself and others only point the way and help where we can. And I miss you too; the house is quiet without you here. I would like you to try and continue your education it is important." Joe hoped she would take his counsel to heart.
"Why... I don't need an education to run a bar or to bartend. Or even to waitress. Can I... admit that it's lonely... without many people who care about me around me?" Caitlin says softly into the receiver on the phone. She missed Joe a lot... she missed the comfort around each other they had... the trust and easy companionship. It was nice being with Robin but Cait almost wished she could have stayed with Joe.
"Even if you would have stayed with me, you would hunger for what the world holds. California is the next step in that trip and I'm sure you will meet new people and make fast friends. And who knows what will happen tomorrow, Caitlin just trust in yourself." Joe understood why she left and despite his concerns, knew it was time for her to leave him. Keeping her picture on the table so she was never far from his eyes, that was how he coped with her being gone.
"I know Joe I know... I... I just... I kind of wish... Well... I don't really remember my... original home and I think of yours as home more then any other place. I miss it. The smell, the feel, the colors, I miss it all a lot. I miss you a lot too." Caitlin says her voice getting even softer as she admitted such things. As nice as Robin was Caitlin couldn't relax completely around that woman and she couldn't relax while she was here and she didn't know how to start she wouldn't be able to relax.
"Because you have moved on, doesn't mean faces from the past can't still see you. I may be making a trip to California at some point and would see you then wouldn't I?" Joe looked at his calendar and began to figure out when he would set out to visit. "I'm sure if you sit in Robin's study you will probably see pictures of me at a younger time. I still have the nice one Robert took when you helped the school with the nature walk, anytime I miss you I look on it fondly."
"Joe! That was a horrible picture! Right before the picture was taken I'd pulled cobwebs off my face and moments after Rob pushed me into the mud! All because I did a better job then he did at telling the kids about nature and leading them on the trails. I'm sure I looked like a mess." Caitlin says blushing brightly and curling up on the chair. She was really embarrassed about that picture but then again she was really pleased he had a picture and admitted that he missed her too.
The talked a while longer until he told her the tribe elders needed to speak with him & he'd call in a couple days. Shortly after she hung up, Robin pecked in, "The foods all ready Caitlin. How was the talk, he was really concerned about how you fared with the transformation." The smells from the kitchen followed her to the study. And she smiled looking at Caitlin curled up comfortably in the chair.
"The talk was great Robin! Just great! Food smells delicious! I'll set the table! Water right?" Cait says jumping to her feet and almost bounding into the kitchen. Putting a cloth on the table and properly setting it. IT was a celebration for her successfully getting through the weekend and her heat driven cycle. She was very happy and light hearted now after having gotten to speak with Joe and all she had done was talk to him for thirty to forty minutes.
She nodded her answer and followed the happy young lady to the kitchen. It was great to see her so happy, just from a talk with Joe. "So what time should I expect him to come pick you up tomorrow? I hope he has a good idea for this date, do you have any hopes for where he might take you?" It had been a long time since she herself had been on a date.
"Six thirty is what he told me! I haven't a clue he said he knew the perfect place so I guess we'll see huh? OH! Joe said in a couple months he would try to come out and visit! It's it wonderful?! I wonder if I'll have an extra room in my new apartment for him to stay with me? If he can't can he stay here?" Cait asks talking excitedly about the fact Joe was coming, even if it was several months from now. Whereas her date she sort of skipped over a little to get to the good news.
Robin looked at her for a second; Joe leaving Colorado was something very special. "I've told him that there is always a room here for him when he comes to visit. That is if he ever chose to come here and visit." she said with a touch of nostalgia. She took a long sip of water then began to cut into her pork chop. "When do you want to begin your job and apartment hunting? Every market here in LA is tight these days." she asked and remarked.
"Tomorrow. I need a job and a place as soon as possible... If I'm going to be saving up to complete my dream... then that's what I need to do. If possible a bartending job AND a waitressing job would be perfect! I don't want to use much of the money Joe sent me... I want to save it for the goal. Like it should be used for. Wow this pig tastes great!" Caitlin says finally pausing in her speaking so excitedly about Joe to compliment Robin's cooking. She had picked up the habit of calling meat what animal they were from Joe. She was just about on cloud nine now that she had spoken with Joe.
"Well the Sunday paper is a good place to start, but most places might not take applications until Monday. And of course arrangements will have to be made for a new safe room for you. Anthony told me to come to his office to discuss it. And thank you for the complement; it has been a little while since I've cooked for another person." She stabbed the beans with her fork and smiled.
Caitlin smiled and nodded eating happily. She still had a large appetite; it had to do with her metabolism being a shifter. It just meant she had to eat more and regularly for the rest of her life to help control her more animalistic side. "But I want to see what is out there and get a good start on things if I can Robin... Joe said... I should... Should let you help me get the GED thing. Do you want me to go with you to discuss things with Anthony? I wouldn't compliment if I didn't think it was true Robin. Joe was the only person I knew who cooked real food and... He taught me how to cook but I'm nowhere near as good as you are."
Robin nodded and after swallowing her bite, "We will pick up a newspaper tomorrow and a GED packet from the high school before meeting with Anthony. Perhaps you'd like to cook Monday night, since you won't be home tomorrow night." She smiled again at her friend and took another couple of bites of her dinner. "Right now though I would suggest you read and do things to broaden your horizons. The others I spoke to didn't really do much in the way of things normal people do to stave off boredom."
"Well... we'll have to do that stuff on monday right? Cause I have the date tomorrow. Do... Do you really think I need a GED? Won't it make me look stupid going in to get one?" Cait asked softly, she didn't want people to look down on her... but then again her life sort of demanded it right now. Not that living with Marcus and the pack helped any at all or anything. Broaden her horizons.... she'd been almost everywhere in the USA and even Canada for a little while.
"Tell them you were sick and missed a lot of school, it doesn't matter how long you were sick. In LA with the amount of former gang members no one will blink twice. And the Sunday paper for job and apartment listings and Monday for safe room and GED, sounds like a plan." She finished her pork chop and took her dish to the sink. "There is another pork chop; I figured you might be hungry."
"Thank you for taking care of me Robin, I really appreciate it." Cait says softly getting the second pork chop and filling her plate again with all the sides that were left. She didn't really like the idea of going through all this for her... having a GED didn't mean she was any smarter it just meant... well that she had passed their test. Whoever they were. Cait let it go and focused on eating instead. That she could handle easily. Then maybe she could read on of Robin's books about shifters.
After dinner had been cleaned up, Robin went upstairs to take a bath and probably go to bed. The library had a lot of books, not all written by Robin, hers numbered about twelve, many other books were also about vampires and all the like. Even a bible and several other nonfiction books too, even psychology and nature books. Of course her pictures lined the walls, some of people who wanted a picture taken with her, but in the center was Joe and her on tribal lands. There was also one with a couple of stars that looked like they were taken on a movie set.
Caitlin grabbed one of Robin's books that seemed relevant and went upstairs to her borrowed room to read, she didn't last more then two hours or so before she fell asleep on the bed. Reading had never been her strong suit. in fact it wasn't one of her top five best at traits. Over the years she had learned that labor and work were the only ways to really live. But Robin was the exact opposite of what she was and she was living tens of times better then Cait was.
The book had a team of a hunter and a more bookish person who interacted in LA with the creatures of the night. They were very close friends and depended on each other during the story. It was them tracking a group of werewolves that kidnapped her niece. Anyone who knew the reality of creatures of the night could tell it was real. But, to anyone else, just more page turning fiction with vampires and sexual tensions.
In the morning Cait had made a couple pieces of bacon, a few sausages and eight eggs. Cooked over easy with buttered toast on the way, she was wearing Robin's apron while she was cooking and was rocking her hips from side to side to some song in her head. She was wearing some short shorts and a sports bra again under the apron. She was most comfortable half nude at any given time and the apron made up for a shirt in her book. She hoped Robin didn't mind that she made breakfast but Cait needed to eat and she was always up at dawn thanks to Joe.
Robin came down stairs and smiled seeing Caitlin making breakfast. "I hope you've made enough for me too." she smiled. She was wearing a pair of shorts and a green tank top, dressed comfortably and sunday paper in hand. She had a seat and opened it up taking a look at classified ads while her roommate cooked. "Well are you looking to moving farther toward the ocean or planning on staying nearby?"
"Something nearby, I'll be running or taking the bus everywhere probably. So somewhere I can get to the places I'll be working and here too of course. I was thinking job first... If you agree to that and apartment second. I'll need a steady income to pay for rent and food, and then I can look for an apartment in my money bracket. That's something Marcus taught me at least." Cait said with a bright smile as she put things on a plate for Robin and set it in front of her, also pouring a cup of coffee from a fresh pot. Cait had drank the first pot she made so... she'd made a half pot this time and was drinking tea instead.
Robin thanked her and after a thoughtful bite complimented her cooking. "I have no qualms on you staying here as long as you need to. And what will you do with your truck? I think the city might try recycling yours before long." She pulled out a pen and began to circle ads and passed the first page to Caitlin. She took a long sip of her coffee and reached out and placed a spare key to the door in Caitlin's hands.
"Well... I... I don't actually have a license... so... I know how to drive thanks to Marcus and how to drive stick thanks to Joe. But... I never got my license because I never got my birth certificate because at the time I needed my parents to sign its release and I was in a different state. I told Joe I would follow every law and rule of the road and I wouldn't get in trouble by the cops. Of course I didn't care if I had the sleep with the cop to get out of trouble just so long as I kept my word to Joe!" Cait says taking the key and smiling softly, at Robin. "Thank you."
"Well, we will have to deal with all of this on monday, focus on today and finding something you want to do for a job. Everything else can be taken care of later." She held her hand a moment longer and returned the smile. "While Joe and I first talked he told me that good things would come from you. Now I believe that more than ever, and I know with your tenacity good will come to you."
"Well thanks Joe always told me I'd gnaw the bone of anything before me. I'm only good at Waitressing and Bartendering." Caitlin says with a big smile for Robin. Besides shouldn't you be giving me advice on what to wear for my date tonight or something?" Caitlin asked finishing the food on her plate. She was still a little hungry so she made two more pieces of toast and got herself some more tea. She didn't think she was very smart... or special or even a very good person at all. Why other people did always made Cait wonder.
Robin went and picked up the phone and started dialing it, "Well I will need some information. Hello is this James? Hello, this is Robin, Caitlin is staying with me. Call it being an old worrywart but I'd like to know where you intend on taking my niece." She shielded the phone as James was giving her some information. "Well that seems very nice, and we will see you at six thirty then." she said before hanging up and returning to her seat, smiling at Cait.
"Robin! No!! Oh my gosh hang that phone up!! Hang up stop it! Robin!! What did you do!?!" Cait asks shocked and upset and amazed. She couldn't believe Robin called James and she couldn't believe she had hung up and well Cait had never had someone think she wouldn't be okay so it was weird and odd and made her chest ache... like... like this was something that should be normal but because she'd never been normal this was... something she should have had and never did and thought she never disserved. She had always thought she was an animal Joe made her think otherwise and now... Robin was making her feel like a young woman.
Robin looked at Caitlin with a big grin, "He seems to have put some thought in making this a date better than dinner and a movie. Your boots, either a nice loose skirt or shorts and almost anything for a top. There will be some walking but nothing you can't handle." Smiling at the panic stricken young woman, she reached across and patted her hand. "I you want, I will take you to the mall if want some other clothes and perhaps perfume."
Cait went from panic to confusion to disbelief. "I'll just wear some pants thanks. And no... I hate perfume... It reeks. Why should I get more clothes? That'll cost money and I have enough to last me for a really long time if I'm careful enough. The goodwill has pants and stuff for fifty cents and such I buy for my full weekends. Better yet why did you do that?! You think I can't handle myself? I mean we already fucked a lot. Even if he's a cop I've been trained by thugs and Joe. I'm tougher then I look Robin." Cait says putting her fist on her hip with serious attitude.
"No, I know you could handle yourself, but this is going to be your first date. He plans to make things really nice, and I think you'll have a good time. He didn't mind the fact I asked, and if I told you everything sounded nice then it would put you at ease." Robin spoke to Caitlin hoping that the fact she knew what James had planned was a nice date. "And your training is fine; just remember you want to find a life here, not jail or prison."
"What's that supposed to mean? Of course I am trying to find a life! I mean... we met and then we... I... well how am I supposed to act?! I've never done anything like this before! It's just a man and we slept together and he's nice but... I'm only twenty two or something... I don't have a background any man would want... I turn into a monster every month, and I don't even have my license or high school diploma... it's not like I'm a great catch or anything." Cait says pouting softly. She really didn't know what she was doing or what to do... but he said dress comfortable and she would. Jean and boots and tank and over button up shirt. Pony tail for her hair and that was it. What else was she supposed to do because she didn't feel the heat she wasn't bringing condoms and she didn't really feel like having sex again.
Robin smacked her hand on the table, "Just because you don't have those things now make no difference. And being a Lycan isn't a death sentence, it makes life difficult, but you are NO monster." Standing she took Caitlin's hand, "Come along, we are going to get out of this house, whether we do some shopping or maybe get your hair and nails done. If you want normal you need to interact with people." Her tone and inflection showed that she wasn't going to let Caitlin start doubting her decision.
