Pokémon Relativity

The world is no longer peaceful.

This is a new reality. A dark reality. Team Rocket has evolved into Rocket Pack, a cult that has taken over Johto, Kanto, and the Orange islands. Real Pokémon trainers are few, the rest use special Pokéballs given to them by Rocket Pack to store all wild Pokémon that they can capture. The gyms were taken over by leaders of Rocket Pack to serve as headquarters. They are lead by the diabolical Gemberge, who has decreed that all Pokémon should be captive. Weak Pokémon are killed and the strong are breed to serve Rocket Pack. Slavery is in every town now, except for the people that refuse to use Pokémon and do the work themselves. It is now that you are either with Rocket Pack and have access to Pokémon, or you are not and cannot be associated with Pokémon or use them. There are no Pokémon teachers. There are no Pokémon masters, except if you join Rocket Pack.

It is time to end the slavery. Three Legendary Pokémon have awakened from slumber to choose a trainer to help them overthrow the Rocket Pack.

Would it be possibly to have my character's father in Team Rocket? Though she would have only a slight idea but want nothing to do with it, I.E, turn a blind eye.
