RULES:
1. Photos must be taken by you.
2. Images must be uploaded to Elftown.
3. Subjects of photos must be canine, preferably dogs.
4. Up to three (3) entries per participant allowed - each picture counts as one entry.
5. No repeat submissions from the original Puppy Division contest.
6. Play nice and have fun!

JUDGING & PRIZES:
Three (3) winners will be selected by a public poll. All winners will receive a badge.

2009-07-24 [FamousPanda]: I put my photos into photoshop and click on the canvas size and make it a little bigger, that way there is a black or white background behind it.

2009-07-24 [Duke Devlin]: That sucks. D: I only use it occasionally now.. For most stuff I use Photoshop Elements, but there are some functions I can't find yet. =/ :P

2009-07-24 [sweet.tx.tea]: There's the entire issue. GIMP has HUGE issues with Vista. Hell, everything has huge issues with Vista.
