Remember 9-11!

This wiki is dedicated to the events that took place on September 11, 2001 and to the people who died due to the cowardly suicide missions carried out by Al Qaeda affiliates.

On September 11, 2001, the United States of America suffered the most heinous crime to ever take place against the American people. Al Qaeda terrorists hijacked four commercial aircraft to be used as guided bombs with their passengers on board. Two slammed into the World Trade Center in New York City, one into the Pentagon in Washington D.C., and another was brought down by its fearless passengers who overtook their hijackers and attempted to land in a Pennsylvania field. Over 3000 innocent people would perish by the end of the day and over the next few weeks due to injury. Following these events, President George W. Bush declared the global War on Terror and promised to fight Al Qaeda anywhere and everywhere it might be.

2011-06-11 [Imperator]: What I've observed about people like [earthkynd] is that they like to "rage against the machine" which I'm all for, but their ideas of a replacement for "the machine" are always some kind of eco-fascist communitarian totalitarianism, which is far worse than current global political systems.

2011-06-28 [Duke Devlin]: Wow... It has taken nearly two years for my anger on the issues with [earthkynd] to abate enough for me to check for replies. XD And lo' and behold, he replies with one line, that's he'd insinuated before, that was merely an assumption. Sad really.
On another note, I'm sure I've got this whole argument in a note somewhere, for memory purposes. XD That's sad.
