The Town Herald

 We'd like to thank, and welcome all of our loyal readers, and new comers alike, to another great issue of The Town Herald. With another long down time - too long, to be honest - and a lot of Staff changes, we hope this issue, and those to follow, will be better than ever!
We've taken some time off to reevaluate staff, life commitments, time to commit to the Herald, differe columns and sections we have previous offered, and those we *wish* to offer and feel we have come to a good, and steady balance. This issue kicks off the First of the post-overhauled issues - Meaning, we have lost a lot of our olde sections, with retired Heralders, officially putting to bed the Herald Contests and Competitions, bidding farewell to the Cooking with Kids column and our beloved Heralder [Kileaiya], Saying good bye to our olde friends [irulan], [Faery], [Kaeirdwyn], with [Kaimee] taking a leave of abscence. Though, with these losses, we also have gained a fantastic new staff, consisting of some well known and respected veteran ET members, as well as ET Crew members that we are excited to welcome to the Herald family!

Heading our news department, as well as a news writer, we welcome [Imperator]

Reviving our estranged Comics section,and breathing new life into our Humour, we welcome [Hendercrazy] and his beloved SPAZZNIK comics

Joining our Reviews, and general writing section, we welcome the very ambitious [windowframe], [Chimes], and long-time, and ever loyal Guest Submitter, [silent_voice], also bringing on his own column.

And last, but certainly not least, making his debut submissions in our next Issue, The Zodiac, we welcome [Jeed] into our general writing section for both reviews, and articles.

With these fantastic new additions, we have brought you a fantastic Issue 17, full of articles, reviews and features inspired by Beauty, and returning to our regular bi-monthly schedule, we hope to continue to bring you more great issues with a fresh new start, and a new team. So thankyou for following us this far, and we hope to welcome you back again and again, keep an eye out on our official wiki page The Town Herald for updates on our next Issue, 18 - The Zodiac, and don't forget to visit the Art Corner, and the Poetry Corner to show us all your fantastic work & to see it in the next issue.
