Along with the images, the names of those whom submitted them, the offenders, the Elftown_Welcoming-Committee crew have concluded fall under the offending "copyright infringement" status. One image with the submitter's name displayed on this page means the submitter in question may NOT repeat this offense, because if and when he/she does, they cannot submit ANY more pieces in the future, period; NO discussion, NO negotiation.
