Welcome to the wiki-page for the guestbook message submission rejections. Images placed on this page the crew of the Elftown_Welcoming-Committee have decided should not/cannot be used for the purpose intended, but may be modified and re-submitted with ONE exception, COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT. Some reasons for being rejected are:       ~ Reason #1: Not really welcoming or welcoming enough. ~ Reason #2: Not an image that text can be added to legibly/easily. ~ Reason #3: Error(s) in text added to image. ~ Reason #4: Incorrect size. ~ Reason #5: Poor quality. ~ Reason #6: Copyright infringement. ~ Reason #7: Other and/or multiple reasons. Anyone submitting that has had their submission moved here to this rejections' page, are welcome to modify and/or make adjustments needed and then re-submit with ONE exception and this is: Copyright infringement will not be accepted or tolerated. Images submitted the submitter did not </i> <i>make or does not have the authority to use, CANNOT and WILL NOT be used in this operation. If a </i> <i>submitter breaks this rule, they will be given a ONE TIME warning and after which, if there is a </i> <i>second time of this rule breaking, they will not be allowed to submit any more in the future.
