Linderel is...

Descriptions are odd affairs. I rack my brain, turn it upside-down and inside-out, and I still have trouble finding the words to introduce myself to the reader, even though I'm a writer and, if I do say so myself, a pretty good one to boot. Funny, that.

Nonetheless, I guess I should make the effort to make the visit worthwhile for those of you that actually bother reading people's profiles. So.

I'm your average youth, with my strengths and weaknesses, vices and virtues, affinities and dislikes, and a slightly naïve look on humanity and the world in general. Pour in a healthy dose of cynicism, sarcasm, and kindness, along with a slightly less healthy dose of insecurities and altogether silly issues and the tiniest pinch of masochism, and you've got me. In all my shy, confused glory.
Instead of an actual deity, I worship Shakespeare, Gaiman, Ursula Vernon, Cthulhu and the dictionary. Among other things. I enjoy epic battles in Trivial Pursuit, playing D&D and other assorted games in good company, music, literature, learning, and various crafts. I'm a proud geek, a low-level nerd, and a yaoi fangirl, and no, I have no shame at all.

I may sometimes come off as a moody bitch, and I confess to having an explosive temper. The truth of the matter is, though, that I can be very nice. I am nice, even too nice to be true, or that's what some people keep telling me. You'll just have to give me a chance.

During my years here, I've accumulated a number of friends, some of them very dear to me. I'm glad to have let them become a part of my life. Thanks for being here.
