Much better. You can fight until you lose three times in a day, and you have two things to choose from when you level up. And you can build a team of brutes instead of recruiting.

I had days when my lower level brute would win the tournament at level 6 o_O Because she had less people in that bracket (not the full giant one, like half of it). And were paired up with also lower level people. Or really wimpy or stupid brutes. And then some days I get paired off right off with some crazy high level mofo and never stood a chance x)
