new thread of life ...
i am now staying i new orleans la. and working with a construction crew that is doing a bunch of remodeling ... this past saturday nigt (Jan. 22, 2006), one of my best friends and roommate died when he lost control of his motorcycle and went over the railing of a bridge about half a mile from where we are staying ... i am grateful that he was doing something that he loved to do and having fun at it ... i don't know what i am going to do right now but i do plan on staying with my job and having fun while i am here ... i was and still am planning to get a bike of my own .. maybe even eventually the same kind of bike that he had ... his family is going to try and have a memorial service type thing for him at the place we would most often hang out with our friends in lubbock ... i will be there ... well that is all that is new inmy life and right now i am too emotionally spent to think too hard about anything else ... sooo ... for now
