The Key that Opened the Door

QueenQaab is a godless poet who traded in her "god-gene" for a snippet of DNA that bears genes for both fantasy and science fiction. Her crown bears no thorns so it often sits upon her head in a tipsy way, which makes perfect sense in Qaab Country. She is an Atheist who sees the world as it really is. This explains her strong attachment to fantasy and science fiction. QueenQaab sometimes exerts her royal privilege to express herself in the first-person-plural and to describe her activities in the style of a stage play. Speaking only for herself, she has just said, "We should like to spend some time in Elftown."

Political PostCard

This is The Queen's first, and ONLY, stick-figure drawing, created one month after The Shrub took office. The back side of the card has space for address and the message. QQ keeps several post-card copies of it on hand, which she mails at will to politicians, religious leaders, and other people who FAIL TO OBEY her Rules.

  • Grandsons (5): ages 18~26; 2 in college, 3 employed, all nifty guys
  • Granddaughters (2): ages 7 & 9, 1 high-spirited ruffian, 1 gentle-spirited "sensitive," both = beloved
  • Great-grandson (1): age 6, budding astronomer/artist, a very cool kid
