Apple juice is nice when my stomach is bugging me, but otherwise there's little value to it. Very little nutrition, none of the fiber you get from fresh unpeeled apples, and so forth and so on. Patrick likes OJ, and since he's not big on milk he gets the calcium through the fortified OJ instead.
