Tom Robbins is the best writer I've ever had the pleasure of reading. If you are fascinated with the human concept of philosophy, I'm sure you will quickly fall in love with him too, after you get half way through any one of his books.
Nothing in this universe means anything, but it is the human mind which creates the concept of meaning. And oh what a tangled web we weave.
My dream of dreams is to become a comic book artist. Not for fame, not for money, but as a way to share my talent and soul, and genius with the rest of the world. And even more than that, I want others to become as fascinated with the universe as myself, and my dream is to use comic books as a pathogen to spread the disease of fascination. I won't be happy until everyone is ill. FYI, I have a really bad cold right now, so that might explain my odd literary devices.
Ok, look at some of my artwork, and please tell me what you think. I'll totally answer you back. I swear.
My latest painting. It was inspired by the book, "Half Asleep in Frog Pajama's" by Tom Robbins.
This is a picture I made for my family for this last Christmas.
If I could live in any one of my imaginations' dream locations, this would be it. Living inside of an enormous tree. I would find myself spending a lot of time lounging on the branch outside my front door, contemplating the mysteries of life, sketching artworks from the depths of my imagination, and smoking a lot of herb ^_^
This is the beggining of my dream, the first page of the illustrations which will make up my world of the Arccilovexy. I hope I don't give up on it ;}
An old version of Cyrix. He doesn't look much like this anymore, but it's not a bad pic.
Another Cyrix. He is standing in a tree looking off at a colony of wood fairies. I like this one.
This is an unfinished picture... And I'm never going to finish it. I got half way through and just gave up, but it's got some interesting elements to it, so I decided to post it.
My most recent ink. The guy smoking is Cyrix of course. And the little one is Nazwick. Cyrix has an epic past, but Nazwick has an epic future.
My friends little sister. I think it came out well, but it doesn't look done to me.
