No, Elftown didn't really change style permanently (See the 1st of April style on:
Astyle).
But, yes, it was a serious suggestion and part of it might be implemented (You can continue to go to
Astyle and comment on it!). It was however a little buggy and simply a little too extreme.
But if you still want Elftown to look like that, you can go to
<URI:update_attr.html> and write
http://elftown.eu/_2010-04-01.css after "URI to home-made stylesheet (blank=use the stylesheet above)"
