New textarea buttons
When you try to type a text now, you'll get some buttons for the most useful
Pseudo HTML tags.
This should make it a little easier for new Elftowners to use them.
I hope they aren't too buggy, but report on the
<forum:Elftown, Bugs> otherwise.
Not obvious tip: If you highlight a piece of text, the tag will be inserted around it when you press the button.
Note: The wikicomment fields don't get buttons, because that would be ugly.
