It's the beginning of October, which means it's that spook-tacular time of year again! Yup! Time to start submitting your entries to the Elftown Halloween Competitions!

We have three categories opened this year, which are the
Halloween Art Competition,
Halloween Poetry Competition, and the
Halloween Photography Competition.



The deadline for all of these competitions is November 10th, so if you're waiting until after Halloween to submit your photos, you do have a little extra time.

As always, the theme for these Halloween competitions is "Halloween"! That means all that Halloween entails (pumpkins, ghosts, candy corn, trick-or-treating, etc), so get your creative caps on and head over to the Elftown Halloween Competitions to start submitting your entries today!

Every time one of your Elftown relations has a (listed) birthday you'll receive an Elftown message with a picture of Lilo:



Lilo is [Hedda]'s cat and has become a beloved part of Elftown through the Elftown Messaging system.

There's however sad news concerning Lilo:
We hereby inform you that Lilo passed away the 25th of June 2014 due to a sudden medical condition.

If you'd like to express any thoughts or sentiments, we'd request you to do so at the wiki Lilo in the comments or through fan art you can post there.
[Hedda] prefers not to talk about the day of her passing nor does he want to receive any pity through messages.

Instead we offer him our condolences through this wiki and will try to keep the memory of Lilo alive. May she rest in peace.
