This is me, [iippo] after discovering 3Ds Max and the way it makes shiny things.

Since I want to enhance the Elftown-experience for all of us, and I like contests and Elftowners, I am offering you my services of award-maker. You may be a person who appreciates their friend and want to give them an expensive-looking award for being the best moobah-squiggler ever, or you may be holding the Annual Parrot Contest and want a prize for it; what ever you are, you can contact me with some details of the award you'd fancy having and we'll talk it through.

-Give me a link.
To the person, to the contest, to any design or idea you might have for the award, just Give Me Something! A message just saying "I want an award" is a bit useless, since I can gather that much information from the fact that you are contacting me.
-Remember that I can decline.
I won't make things I don't like, since this is supposed to be fun for me too. I won't give examples of what I won't do, just ask questions and I shall tell you no lies!
-Consider the time-factor.
I have limited time on this Earth so I might not be very speedy. Tell me the deadline so I can tell you if it is too soon.

2005-12-10 [iippo]: Jitter that sounds good. Do you mean help with these Oscar-busts or that I make Oscars and you make different ones (so we'd both be sub-wiki to something like "award-makers for hire")?

2005-12-10 [iippo]: because if you want to help with these Oscars, then we could delegate so I'd do the modeling in 3Ds Max and you'd do the smoothing in PhotoShop or similar program. Or do you have a 3D-program Jitter?

2005-12-10 [Jitter]: I have Photoshop, Corel's Painter Classic, Jasc Psp8 and I think that sums it up. I could do smoothing etc or I could make badge awards :) I'm good with badges (see boyrbc :) )

2005-12-11 [iippo]: That sounds peachy to me that we'd be two separate but united award-makers both having our own wikis (this is mine) as sub-wikis of a wiki called... ehm... What should we call the main-wiki?

2006-01-27 [Dorian Gray]: Wow... cool idea. Can Sean Astin (Samwise in LotR) actually get an Elftown Oscar for best supporting Actor, because he never got it at the real awards... was annoyed! *mimp*

2006-01-28 [iippo]: ... I've heard it as a rumour (=if you watch some interview on the LoTR-game disc, to which the actors made voice-acting, one of the hobbits has a computer-screen behind him and on it Elftown is open :D), but are you serious? Sean Astin is in Elftown, he has a house here?

2006-04-17 [Lady of Lore]: I've got a request! Its for The Art Store Banner competition, I'd like of possible a banner or craftsman or something artsy for the trophy if possible please! Maybe a rennisance hat with a feather? ANy ideas you have please let me know and if you can do the award. They won't have to have the winners name on it so if you can just make them it would be good, we can always put a name on so as not to inconveniance you. I dunno how long the competition will run for.
