2008-01-12 [deRevenant]: it says in the rules that "flying/teleporting" are not allowed for the mode of transport; however, does levitation or hovering ability count as flying? i'm not a fan of "wheeled" transports, real life or imaginary...hehe...so i wanted to make a craft that follows roads without actually touching them

2008-01-12 [Linderel]: If your vehicle has the wings or hovering ability or whatever, that's alright. It's just that you can't be the one doing the flying yourself, but whatever mount/vehicle you use.

schoolwork is an unforgiving mistress, and it takes forever for me to complete a sketch {i use bitmaps mostly, its very labor intensive}
