2009-01-25 [Skydancer]: nods, I totally understand. The main thing in here is there is the option to put your own rules and limits on the usage of the images. That allows me to put a lot more up for folk to use.

2009-07-29 [Skydancer]: Delighted to see more offerings. I am all for the open stock, but here we can put that which we also wish to have a few rules or some control on the stock offered. Especially when its a person I don't feel personally it should be public domain.

2009-07-29 [Nioniel]: :) okay! Everything I've got here though (so far at least) has been submitted to Reference Pictures, and I believe that in submitting them there, that makes them open for public use. I may submit some here later that will not be available for free use, but those will most likely be ones with nudity.

2009-07-29 [Skydancer]: Yep, anything submitted to reference becomes public domain, and they can be used for any purpose by anyone or any company for anything and modified in any way, which is why I will not submit anything that has a person in it to that use. Having mine or a model of mines image show up in ads or websites or magazines with no control at all is just not something I would ever be comfortable with.
