Welcome to the

Centaurs in Books

section!

Centaurs have been popping up in literature, especially lately, with J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter series and Eoin Colfer's Artemis Fowl books. This is the page where we take a look at the centaur characters in fiction, and maybe even compare them with the original myth.

2006-08-26 [iippo]: There's a book by R. A. Salvatore that had a centaur-character in it... "The Demon Awakens" if memory (and google) serves.

2006-08-26 [Linderel]: I will have to read it, then. :o

2006-09-04 [Elodicressida]: There's a book by Diana Wynne Jones with centaurs in it - Deep Secret.  [Amarantha] says there's another one too. but she doesn't remember its name. Anyway, Deep Secret is GOOD. Diana Wynne Jones is GOOD.
