2006-09-19 [Duredhel]: Ah, the ever so dreaded "Mom and girlfriend in living room looking through baby picture albums", happened to me too many times.... anyhow. Rogue, yer entry is amazing O_O! I like thefact that its mostly back and white except for the coins. An artist I respect very much once said, the most important part of an image is what isn't shown in the frame. Love how Rogue is doing that ^^ that pic tells a story :P, though a funny and cruel one.

2006-09-20 [Perplexity]: It tis official my friends! Four of the five judges have spoken and 3 voted for [TheRogue] and 1 vote for [iippo]. Yet another tough decision - I think it got tougher as the rounds progressed! Great job everyone who participated and I hope Tournament #2 is just as awesome as our maiden voyage in this thing called EVE! =)

2006-09-20 [Cia_mar]: great job both of you!... i like iippo's because it is very unexspected interpretation of the theme! and the likenesses are cool too! but i think that the boldness of the lines is what blew me awau with yours Rogue! you really pulled it off and while all that was black and white contrast, the little things like the hidden message i think sold me on yours!
over all i think that this was a great comp and was not for any sissies!! the participants in each round had to deg deeper than they have ever had to get the better of their opponants... and truly it has been inspiring! i for one can say that i have grown and seen others grow through this contest! great job one and all! we all deserve applause!
