2006-08-17 [Elegy - gone]: I'm not sure... I suppose you take some pain relievers, and then the best thing is to stay in a dark room and lie down =/ No reading, no TV, definitely no computer... though, that also depends on the severity of the concussion, of course

2006-08-17 [Cia_mar]: drink lots of water too!!! very important that you do because it aides your circulation which a cuncussion is a fancy word for a bruise that happens on your brain and well water, increase of circulation helps the body to remove and clean the bruised area faster!
