2003-06-15 [GatoNegro16]: Why all that -Bleeep-ing up about the alphabetical order?
2003-06-16 [Nita]: *sigh* I think it says clearly enough that [Hedda] is the only one who inserts new languages in the list, because this is for the "known languages" box in personal data. And my point is: add new languages in the end!!! :)
2004-08-02 [Strange Case of Ashley]: l33t should be a language.
2004-08-02 [NICTE]: why elftown is making this list of languages???
2004-08-02 [Augury]: 1337 is not a language. it's a code. and it's a crappy code too.
2004-08-02 [Hedda]: [NICTE] is a list of languages people want to be able to choose as their attributes and search for.
2004-08-03 [featlene]: wow the fact that you guys have korean is a good thing!
2004-08-04 [$T0®M]: l33t is jargon....crap
2004-08-04 [$T0®M]: should i translate it 2 frysian?
2004-08-05 [Augury]: i know of people who speak Al Bhed. even though it's also a code.
2004-08-05 [Kurou Kiriyama]: I speak Al Bhed....Me and my friend only use Al Bhed IRL...
2004-08-05 [Augury]: cool.
2004-08-05 [og_ghost]: I would like to include Japanese. I know it's listed already, but I'd like to cast my vote on that. I know there are the different writing styles but we could at least include romaji... although, I personally would like to be able to use hiragana here, katakana and kanji would work too... I don't really recommend kanji, though... 7,000 characters.... hm.
2004-08-05 [og_ghost]: OH, GOD NO!!! Somebody suggested leet. I would like to cast a vote against that. 1337 $|_|><()|2z.... |\/|4J()|_Y....... I think I've made my point.
2004-08-05 [Cati Stormweaver]: I know a laguage called Illsyndran, i dont know many to speak it though, but a a certian language that dragons speak in....
2004-08-05 [Cati Stormweaver]: Zhi ta elo deigo shaken! (example of Illsyndran...)
2004-08-05 [digimatt]: i am sure theres another language they r missing cant rember what its called though,
2004-08-06 [Ocean Dreaming]: Can we please seperate the rejected languages from the accepted ones? Also, there IS no bloody 'Limburgs'. EVERYONE speaks a different dialect. Even if you're only what? Ten kilometres apart? In any case - there is no one 'Limburgs'. Add that and you'll get people selecting that and writing to each other in a completely different dialect, with as result a lot of stupid language reports for us to sort through because 'they really don't speak that language'.
2004-08-07 [kemo_hero]: ar u added arabic languagh
2004-08-07 [BinaryPhoenix]: My vote on the Afrikaans!
2004-08-07 [Deleted user]: when is the black speesh to use?
2005-03-20 [..Nightmare..]: Do you know what should be on here >.< British Slang for those of us on here who dont know what the heck their talking about half the time >.<
2005-04-09 [Janouk]: I've been thinking about this some time ago, but forgot: Can I add Morse (Code)? It isn't a spoken language like stated above, but so isn't sign language and I think I'm not the only one of the thousand on ET who can use Morse. ^^ :: http://www.bab
2005-07-18 [Desire.]: Go Tagalog! Salamat po.
2005-12-06 [Paz]: I'm happy to see Japnese on the list but translating that in charcter form would take awhile @_@ Although, I'm up to the task. Also, no kanji... to confusing. I cast my vote for hiragana or romaji if we can translate to Japanese, I'll be glad to assist
2005-12-06 [Paz]: We should translate elftown into Massachusetts/
2006-05-05 [fire-tiger]: Wanner gaan julle Afrikaans opsit??? Dit sal meer Suid Afrikaanse mense lok
2006-06-06 [Hedda]: [Janouk]: No, it makes no sense to add it. You will not use that language to communicate on Elftown.
2006-08-22 [fire-tiger]: I disagree totally...
2006-11-11 [Stephen]: Capitalized some things. :)
2006-11-15 [Janouk]: [Hedda] I know, I was sort of kidding. However, you don't use sign language either....
2007-06-10 [Sunrose]: [lyubomir]: Bulgarian is already a selectable language AND can be found in the alphabetical list above under B.
2007-06-10 [lyubomir]: ...hmm i didnt found it..
..anyway sorry
2007-06-10 [Sunrose]: Just go to 'change personal data', press ctrl+f and type Bulgarian ;)
Bulgarian is the second language in the list, below Sign Language. Not too difficult to find :)
2007-06-10 [lyubomir]: YEAH .. cool .. and thanks :)
2007-06-10 [Sunrose]: No problem :)
2007-06-10 [lyubomir]: ^^
2007-06-11 [Particle Girl]: I'm learning Mongolian...
2007-06-12 [Zel Holt]: [Sunrose] said I could suggest this on here. ^_^ Back street - Street slang in USA I don't know much of it but some of my friends do so I'm learning. ^_^
2007-06-12 [Sunrose]: Add it to the very bottom of the list of suggestions, below Mongolian ;)
2007-06-12 [Zel Holt]: Ok. ^_^
2007-06-13 [kkk kkk kkk kkk kkk kkk kkk kkk kkk]: Maori doesn't have a'U' it's an 'O'.
2007-06-13 [kkk kkk kkk kkk kkk kkk kkk kkk kkk]: Just in case it should be added.
2007-06-13 [Sunrose]: Thanks :)
2007-06-13 [kkk kkk kkk kkk kkk kkk kkk kkk kkk]: No, thank you pal.
2007-06-14 [Rat Hacker]: I'm a geek/nerd so I would want Internet Slang (1337) and or Binary. But since I had to vote one I voted 1337!
2007-06-14 [lyubomir]:
2007-06-21 [Chrysilla]: why the heck would someone want to use leet and write 3 characters for 1 sound??? (like for u or n) You just make it more complicated
Besides, i's not a language, but (some kind of) alphabet.
2007-06-28 [Shadow-ofDeath]: The same holds true for Al Bhed, which is just a form of encryption. It wouldn't be that hard to make a program for Al Bhed, and I have made Pig Latin programs before.
Why? BECAUSE WE CAN!
