2008-03-21 [Hendercrazy]: A big thanks to all who've voted in the current Spazznik poll. :D Now that I've had a chance to review the poll results in both this wiki and in my ET House... it seems that most folks overall have enjoyed the start of this comic. So, once I return from my vacation... I'm planning to make additional time for the Spazznik comic. :) This should allow me to make these on a more regular basis. :D

2008-06-11 [Hendercrazy]: I've finally returned with some news. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with Spazznik for the time being. I'm not saying it's finished... but I'm not saying it's going to update either. I'm taking my next step in life thanks to some recent life experiences. It happened quite unexpectedly. It's a good thing (believe me [please worry not])... but things have changed here quite a bit. I'll be sure to let you all know what I decide to do exactly once I've had enough time to figure things out. Thanks! - Derek

2008-06-12 [Paul Doyle]: Never say "never". I've been married 11 years, my wife and son are fully aware of what I write and draw (well, there's plenty of stuff Patrick isn't old enough to know about yet!) and I still produce the stuff. Sometimes it's agonizingly slow because real-life demands take precedence (I will not do artwork and writing at the expense of my wife and son!) but the real-life experiences also give you a tougher resolve to do your best, in the limited time you do have. Marriage does not lead to a creative Armageddon.

2008-06-12 [Hendercrazy]: I won't deny that marriage is a longterm goal of ours (Issy and mine). XD :P There's also not going to be a ball and chain keeping me mentally locked down. A big chunk of this new step is actually art related. Just not sure yet on how my new scheduling is going to play out for sure. Spazznik might end up just continuing to be my "breaks and lunch" project at my day job. We'll see how things go the next few weeks. The only thing I know entirely for sure right now is that I will still be a regular here at Elftown, my house will remain active and my Art Journal (the diary) will still update. ;)

2008-07-13 [Hendercrazy]: Spazznik #5 is almost here! :P The coloring is now complete. All that's left is the digital capture and lettering it. :) I hope to have it up sometime on Monday. ;) Don't forget... you can also see the making of this strip over at the Creating_The_Spazznik_Comic wiki. I'm also well underway on pencilling Spazznik #6. Yes, I know!!! Progress! Can you believe it? XD

2008-07-17 [Hendercrazy]: As some may have noticed... Spazznik #5 is not up yet. Sorry for the temporary delay. I've spent the last few days reconfiguring my set-up and lighting for taking snapshots with the digital camera. It's been frustrating, to say the least, getting glares and fuzziness in the pics of the comics. That has now been fixed and the quality is much better. Especially without the glares! Back to lettering now. The comic will be up Saturday or my name is "Flop-in-the-mud". *nods* :P
