There's too many people here to keep track, that's why people shuold keep track of their entry from early on to make sure things like that don't happen. Sure I think it's unfortunate, but she could have just sent a message to[ Dragon_Princess] just as easily and she'd still be in the contest. That's just my 2 cents. But the two who were leading in the poll before it got reset were also the ones asking for votes. And i hate to be condescending, but there are other entries that are a little better than them. I've seen the same thing in other contests. And yes that is unfair.

2003-12-03 [bratkitty]: The reason why the "vote for me" pitches are wrong, in my opinion is because then you're treating it like some kind of political campaign, ("get as many people to like me as I can, so they'll vote for me"). When I enter the contest, I do it because I want to see the best artist win. Not soI can be the winner and get attention. And from all the contests I've witnessed (some I've ran myself) the "vote for me" pitches DO get more votes then other entries. Not to mention if you're the type who has a lot of friends here, you can't tellme that if you put a "vote for me" thing in your house, your friends won't vote for you. ^_~

2003-12-05 [tavis harts]: In all honesty not everyone thinks that winning is all that matters. I personaly don't feel that I will win this contest and it honestly doesn't matter to me. I like the piece I submitted and I joined it for the fun of joining the contest. I feel it should go to the person that the most people honestly feel captured the anime feel. I will be just as happy regardless of who wins as long as everything is done fairly.
