Lilo tries to take some time to answer your more or less important questions.


This issue is supposed to be about food, but anything is welcome.

Which is your preference? Chicken, liver or fish? If you hate them all, what is your favorite food of choice?

Chicken or fish. It depends. Shrimps are really good too.

 Cats like feeding to the point that they are bloated and just roll around like useless blobs, so why do they insist on vomiting up their food? Or are they just using the old roman practice to allow them to eat more?

Food shall be eaten fast. If you accedently eat it too fast sometimes, someone else picks that up.

Why do cats leave the mice they've caught lying around on the yard, only to come back and eat half of it after two or three days? Do they like rotten food or have they just forgotten why they didn't want it in the first place?

Because they are discusting cats! I prefere fresh food.

Hello, my fellow cat. I need some urgent advice. I am getting older and my teeth are not as they used to be, but my humans do not seem to appreciate that I now prefer the soft canned food. They have become increasingly dismissive of my attempts. Could this be because I raided the compost and ate the leftover chicken? One of them became all huffy about cats suffocating on chicken bones, yada yada.. so, what food is healthy for us cats and how do we get our paws on it?

The cat-body is so nicely tuned, that you don't have to worry about food. Just eat what-ever you like, and that will be best for you. The problem is if there are not enough things to choose from. That is a hard problem to solve, as the humans aren't that smart. I try to give the command "Mja-mja-mjauau!" everytime there is a human in the kitchen, but it seldom understands. I hope it will be better after some more years of training, though.

Of course your raiding of the compost has nothing to do with this. Humans have very big brains which makes it very hard for them to relate two different things with eachother (because the facts are so far away from eachother in the brain).

We are feared because we have claws and mind-control weapons.

Someone once said "cats teach us that not everything in nature has a purpose". What do you think?

I think that food is much more interesting than thinking.

Why does the chocolate component of Peanut M&M's contain peanut? Why aren't there Cat M&M's and if there were would the chocolate component contain cat?

Because people do stupid things. Why do stupid thinks like that, when they can make cat-food or pat me?

Is Grub, Lilo's friend or Lilo's enemy?

I've never been near it. I think you understand why.

hi, i have a problem i have been taking care of a cat while its onwers have been gone and its been following me home and trying to get in MY house no matter what i do she would leave. -Eld

You're obviously better to take care of cats than writing, so I think you should be proud of that and do what the cat tells you to do.
