like the colour
of a wild one's fur

love tattooed
on her left shoulder
to say "I'm still standing"

collared
black velvet and a golden bell
she owns herself

look into blue-green eyes
and tell me
what you see

          selfless.

Random fact:
I love nature. I wish I could have been born into a culture that is in close contact with Mother Earth; but alas, I have to live in the 'civilized' world. I'm a vegetarian. Why? Human is the only creature that kills without reason, and the way we treat the animals we eat...simply appalling. That's not preying, not even co-operation; no, it's called 'humiliating.' I'm also against animal testing.
