I am Nikki of the Mountains and I come from a place with many trees. And among the trees there is a portal to a little world I have often visited. And in this world I have made many friends, though they do not look like you or me. My paintings of these beings are merely shell-like representations for they are forever changing, morphing, slipping in to new forms and colors - their spirits are not trapped inside cumbersome, earth-bound bodies as ours are.
