2006-11-14 [xido]: Kosate (koh-sayt / koh-sah-te?): North, east, south, west or combo of these from Ki'afisal? What's their climate and environment like? Any specific rulership/government structure? Are they the high, middle or lower civilization of that continent? (I would not think lower if they are psionic like you said)

2006-11-14 [Duredhel]: Ki'afisal people pronounce it Koh-sayt, Hauken pronounce it Koh-sah-te (more as if it was spanish). Far west of Ki'afisal, across the Pearl Ocean. The continent is divided in two main regions, the Mist Jungles to the North and the Black Mountains to the south, the Hauken Kingdom or Etle'yth occupies the Mist Jungles and Niphodes, the nation of the Niphoreans occupies the Black Mountains. 2006-11-15 [xido]: OK, I have read that now, along with Hauken Culture. Are Niphoreans names at least somewhat similar to Hauken names, and if not, can a Niphorean have a Hauken name if so chosen?
If given a D&D Alignment, what would Niphoreans most commonly be? Drow elves are Chaotic Evil... Maybe Neutral or Lawful Evil?

I like the part about the sky ships for travelling away, and the magic to conceal the city in fog and clouds.

2006-11-15 [Duredhel]: They'd most likely be Lawful Evil to Neutral Evil, whereas the Hauken would be Chaotic Good to Neutral Good.

2006-11-29 [xido]: Okay, I see. And could there be potential for alignment differences, or is it like with drow that it is bred into their very nature? Could a Niphorean keep a Chaotic Neutral or True Neutral alignment, and still feel no wrongdoing in controlling someone's actions or emotions every so often in a non-threatening nature, like an inner conflict personality quirk?

2006-11-29 [Duredhel]: Nah, it would depend more in their upbringing, I guess I should've said that their society leans more towards those alignments. Hauken, however, are all claustrophobic, its a racial trait, so they hate to be restrained or trapped.
