I want to tell those that presented just sketches, or a figure just floating in the vast white universe to please add some background, if you plan to color it, do so, i really want you to make an effort kids, do your best, contests are fun but are meant also to be a test for you and your skills, a test for you you, you don´t have to prove me anything, it is you you must defeat, your own boredom, your own lazyness, your own conformist attitude, art is supposed to say something about you, your feelings your own way to see reality and your own inner world. Test yourself, i dare you to make something you have never done before. i will give a special badge to those i see made a great effort. You have until April 1st to work on your entries.


And yeah i´m one of those bitches. And so i bitch!

2009-03-14 [Kuruni]: [Drya], i need to ask you to do something more detailed than that last portrait. Do not take it wrong, but there is nothing there that tells me or indicates that is a God of a specific Culture, it is a child's face, and a pretty one but its got to be more detailed, a background, something that represents the Nordic Pantheon or Realm of Gods, is that alright?

I'm not entirely happy with my entry though. I only discovered the art of photomanipulation recently, so I've got a lot to learn. ;) Which I do with every piece I make... at least I try. :)

2009-03-17 [Tynuka-Rhytishy]: The school likes to make sure every student can be adjusted to working on the computer. I'm going to an online school, so I guess it's a good thing. I just hate having to wait so long to do it. x-x I know next quarter I will be in Computer Literacy and I don't know after that. Probably math and english classes. Thbbt.
