Title: 'The Demise of Yofune Nushi'

Done with Photoshop and Wacom tablet. This was based on a Japanese tale about a dragon who demanded the flesh of young girls. One girl named Tokyoko volunteered herself for the sacrifice and actually slew the dragon with a knife.
I was struck by how Western the story seemed - with the exception of the damsel, who doesn't need the brave knight to save her!
