2 cups microwave heated milk
1 scoop hot chocolate mix (mixed 1/2 & 1/2 with ovaltine)
blender top two & add
3 2 cups brewed coffee
energy and endorphins... make you feel good even if you dont eat anything else... so I take lots of vits... and mix ovatine 1/2 with the hot chocolate mix.... that I use in my Goddess Blessings... and I do eat the equalent of 1 health meal a day! thru snacking... just make sure it is health food! or one small meal no later than 5 pm....

arabellarose]--I usually make a 12 cup pot. When it's done brewing, I put 1 tablespoon of sugar and 2 tablespoons of cream, and then pour on the coffee. I know it's boring, but that the way I like it....

Beautiful Mess] - Brew a fresh pot and then take about 1 cup of steaming hot coffee, add 2 cups of ice cold milk, 2 table spoons of granulated sugar, one teaspoon of amaretto syrup. Serve over ice. It's a wake up in a glass that kicks your friggen @$$!

Urizen] - so... i like tea...lots of tea. which ends up getting me much caffiene...and where does that end? with a very horny and twitchy urizen who becomes uber paranoid... which is why i tried to stop...but the goddess' call was too strong...
6. To me nothing is better than an ice cold Starbucks Mint Mocha Frappucino! I went all the way to St.Louis (250 miles from where I live) to get one. Oh, and to do some shopping! (another addiction of mine!)

Dark Side of the Moon] I drink brewed coffee over ice due to my sensitivity to caffeine. Ice will slow the caffeine absorption and also helps keep from getting nauseous from the natural acids in coffee. I just use powdered creamer and coffee and then pour it over ice. Yummy!

ok, the region in whitch I live is famous for a quality of hazelnut called "nocciola piemonte" (piedmont hazelnut). With these, you can make a delicious paste and adding cocoa you get Gianduja chocolate.the original form in whitch this chocolate was sold is called Gianduiotto(
http://pds.exblog.jp/pds/1/200510/24/46/b0041046_0503937.gif). nutella has been invented re-elaborating the recipe of gianduja so to give you an idea I can say that they have a similar taste. anyway gianduja is better. on nutellausa.com there is a cute explication of this in the history section.
3/4 cup hazelnuts, toasted and skinned
8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
8 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cups heavy cream
2 tablespoons hazelnut liqueur
Put hazelnuts in a food processor until they're finely chopped.
In the top of a double boiler over simmering water melt chocolates and butter, stirring until smooth and butter is thoroughly incorporated.
In a saucepan heat cream until hot but not boiling. Stir into melted chocolate little by little, stirring until completely incorporated between additions. Stir in hazelnuts and liqueur.
Serve hot hot hot!
(for lazy ppl:if you want to do it faster, buy a slice of gianduia chocolate melt it and add a little milk or cream;)

Take 4 heaped spoons of instant coffee, 5 sppons of sugar,
2 drops of milk, 2 spoons of instant hot chocolate.
Hot chocolate can be replaced with honey, condenced milk
or anything you fancy, for an interesting cup of joe!
