Introduction
The Elftown
council has expanded somewhat since [
Elisandra] drew the current picture detailing its members. Because we now have nearly double that number of Crew Members, we have decided that it was time to get a new council picture, and who better to draw it than our fellow Elftowners. And so we, the
council, are proud to present 'Draw the Council', where you get to try your hand at drawing us.
Rules
-The entries must be drawings. Collections of our house pictures are
not allowed!
-The images must all be appropriate, of course.
-Images can be coloured
or uncoloured. Either is fine.
-It must be a single image; all people mentioned on
Crew-Photo references page must be included.
-You should include the names of the people in a list below the picture, or in the picture itself, so people know who is who when looking at it.
-You must have fun doing this. Or we will be forced to raid your Elfhouse and fill all your drawers with candy.
-We want you to put the time, talent and dedication when coming up with your entry. Therefore we won't accept any online character creator's art. (like doll maker, south park character maker etc.)
-All submissions must be done by the 15th of October.
-Please ask [

Ittai] for privs to upload directly to wiki pages, if your image is big. When you display it here, please use the
<IMG700:stuff/yourimagename.jpg> format so that your image is resized to 700 px width and turns into a link to the bigger version.

Prizes

I accepted your crazy challenge. It looks much better bigger. I hope you like it :) It's not a magnificent work of art or anything but I think it captures the council, [Forestchild] style of course. Theres so many members of the council! Jez.

All I can say is, members of the council...please don't shoot me for how I drew ya'll! lol. This was certainly a challenge, but lots of fun! I made it sepia tone simply because I was unsure on some little things like eye color for some of ya'll. I did as best as I could! And of course, since this is Elftown, I made you all elves! (The bigger version doesn't have the distortion the smaller one does.) Added in Sunrose & Lilo!

Eck, this was a definite challenge, but a pleasure as well. Each individual face was drawn on seperate sheets of paper and then scanned, copied and pasted all into one file... Took a heck of a long time. Each face was also done by hand using a technique called "cross-hatching" and each face obviously looks much better seen seperatly and in full version. But, this was extremely fun to do. :)
