2007-04-18 [xido]: New idea for Races to be organized ::: Elftown Clans :::

The default settings would be:
Human Clans - No Images or media uploaded
Elfin Clan - For those who upload a picture or drawing, media in their house, etc.

All other Elftown Clans would be listed and able to be chosen by anyone. Each Clan could open a list of check-boxes for races in that clan. A 'Multiple Clans' option would open availability to all Clans, with subchoices being opened based on which Clans one was a member within.
