2012-10-05 [windowframe]: Of course you can win two years in a row. :) The only thing we judge the entries on is their merit - not how many times a user has or hasn't won already. :) Thanks for pointing out that this page isn't up-to-date! I'll fix that as soon as I can. ^^;
