Take it back to your drawing program, make a layer below it and fill it with some hideous shock colour that isn't in the actual badge, that will help you see all specks and mess. Or use the magic wand to choose everything that should be empty, and it will highlight if there is mess in the emptyness (then you'll need to inverse the selection to erase them, or just de-select)

If so, I can give you wiki-uploading privs to upload the image to elftown /stuff, which should keep the transparent background.

I tried to keep them pure ET-style (like the ones of Town Guard and such) although a lot of the detail was lost after resizing.
