If the crew, or rather the guards, since nobody really cares what the crew thinks, sees you around Elftown participating in contests, making your own wikis, helping people out, and being less of a constant nuisance, their vision of you might change eventually. It'll likely take several years to do so. But you must do these things without constantly coming back to official wikis and demanding things or asking people whether or not they trust you. That's just a sketchy question right there. Nobody trusts someone who wants to be trusted, because wanting to be trusted is just downright untrustworthy. The crew wants to hire people who like Elftown for what it is, not people who want power. They look for people who don't look for them.

And another major issue: Your grammar. It sucks. They'll pretty much never hire someone with piss poor grammar. That there is probably the reason they a'int never hired me or nothin. So remember: Act like you don't want to be on the crew, stay active, don't ask stupid questions, make friends with all the annoying jerks on the crew, wait for several years, start capitalizing, and, for the love of God, avoid Bob's Diner unless you're dating someone on the crew or are already on the crew yourself.
