2009-12-08 [Yuriona]: Page ownership does not mean idea theft or disrespect. This page is an official page and therefore belongs to everyone on Elftown, not to the individual who initiated it.

Everyone in the crew is aware of all the hard work and effort you put into the ECM [Artsieladie], changing the owner name will not diminish that despite what you may think. Your behaviour on the matter however is something else entirely.

You're not doing yourself any favours by continuing this martyr nonsense. I don't know why [nehirwen] felt it necessary to change the page ownership but no doubt she had a good reason at the time. However, I don't think changing it back to your name just so you can crow about it to anyone listening is a viable reason either. Perhaps all previous versions of this page should be deleted and ownership changed to [Hedda] then maybe this childish 'it's mine!' mentality will stop.

Then again, I'm sure you'll just misconstrue everything to make yourself look like a victim so it won't matter what's done will it?

2009-12-08 [Yuriona]: The thing is that it was never 'your' page to begin with since you were acting as a member of the crew under [Hedda]'s direction. In fact, the ECM was originally [Hedda]'s idea so all you did was improve on something that was never yours in the first place. You don't deserve any more kudos than anyone else in the crew for the work you did on behalf of Elftown and hanging your name on a page won't change that either. The rest of the crew is happy with a simple 'Thank you for your hard work'. Why aren't you?

We're all aware of how much you've contributed towards them, but in some cases it is more convenient for the current 'carers' of a page to list themselves as the owners, if only so that the rest of the crew and other Elftowners are aware who is responsible for each page, and who to contact about any changes :)

2009-12-10 [Sunrose]: Actually, the date can be easily explained. Nehirwen took on the responsibility to take care of this wiki while you couldn't.
Secondly you threatened to take down all your wikis and we wanted to protect official wikis, in case you'd get back on and go on some kind of rampage and we would have to restore everything.
Just because someone else has ownership, doesn't mean they are implying they created the idea. The first version is still attributed to you, so anyone can track back and see who initially created this page.

2009-12-13 [Calico Tiger]: Artsie, I'm guessing you never noticed that Elftown Graphics, which was my idea and creation also had its owner changed and my name completely removed from it. It has nothing to do with you or me and simply about who is running the pages. It does make it easier to go to the person listed as the owner of the page to ask questions (for those people who hate looking at sub-pages). There are many tiny reasons as well (such as those without wiki editing privs not being able to edit a page that they may need to and it's locked to the owner, etc...).

I'm not trying to start a fight with those running ETG, btw. But pointing out that this isn't solely about you and pages you once were in charge of :)
