2009-04-21 [Crystal~Feronia]: I think that's the wonderful thing about mythology, what is known about them is so vague and differs from place to place :) The 80's movie Legend really touched me so I guess mine is a symbol of my childhood ideas for these lovely creatures :)

2009-06-15 [Zab]: It's generally seen as equine tho. I tried to make the hinquarters more deer-like in mine but found it difficult to get harmony and balance in the picture if I had made it more gracile..

If you look in the rules above in the description then it says horse :) An unicorn made of another animal would be considered a-typical and would probably not make it in this contest :) A-typical unicorns are great though, maybe we should have a contest with them!
