Maybe you could arrange Wandering in netherlands so that it lists Netherlands sub-wikis (and mostly 'sub-wikis-to-come'), a bit like what's done in the other 'country-wikis'... if you get my point...

So I guess [syagre]'s banner can be used until we are officially told NOT to use it. I mean, you have ASKED, [iippo]...and many people don't even bother asking... But meanwhile, [syagre] is still 'conspicuous by his absence', and it's his wiki and his banner, so maybe he's the one to decide, no? ;)
