2010-02-05 [windowframe]: What I mean by 'create' is what the rule mean by 'create', and that don't include screen caps of pages you didn't design from scratch html-wise. :P

We're fairly lenient on what we call backgrounds, actually. it doesn't have to be super detailed, or even very detailed. In fact, as you can see from above, many are just simple colour-washes, or borders, and obviously, some don't have backgrounds at all - it's more a case of trying to get people to submit completed images rather than WIPs, so even just adding a shadow to a character on a white background can be fine. As long as the image looks complete, we're not too fussed. We should probably make that rule clearer for future contests.
