If your room mate has chosen to not bother reading the messages, that's hardly the guard's fault :) And I have to completely agree with the guard on their assessment of requesting a proof photo. It's not like they're images from some unknown or untrafficked site. They're popular photos from a popular site. Yes, it's unfortunate if they are her images and can't post them because of this, but again, proof photos can clear that up. Yes, I saw that you stated she doesn't even have the cats anymore. And that makes the case even harder for her to proove her ownership of said images.

Perhaps when she cools down the two of you will see we're not being unreasonable. The guards are not on a power trip, we're not abusing powers, and we're not delete-crazy. This case shows all evidence to the images not belonging to the member and the member cannot give evidence to the contrary :-/

As soon as evidence is given, any images that belongs to her can be put back up.

You now cannot complain on Elfpack, and since it is a different site from Elftown, you cannot complain to us here and expect us to do anything about it, because it has nothing to do with us.
I advise letting your fiancé deal with his own problems, and getting him to use his own email address in future.
